Well their problem is that they don't want to be wrong, nor will they admit being wrong. Just like with the Purple Heart thing. People here have spread lies that it was a fake thing but there is an interview with the Lt Colonel saying it was a real medal he gave away. Point the truth out to the leftists here and they will either ridicule it or ignore. In this case they just decided to ignore it and left the thread like rats after you came and posted the article. 11 pages worth of nonsense died on it's tracks.

I'll give you applauses for that.

Wait a second. The right wing has had 8 years of debates and demands regarding President Obama's birth certificate, starting when he was a Senator running for President in 2008. The right wing has demanded investigations, documents, secondary documents, research on the officials involved with the documentation, interviews with former peers, and much much more. And the right wing still isn't convinced (as this thread on ATS's front page shows).

But now that the shoe's on the other foot, we're supposed to take a single article as definitive proof? Screw that. We need to see the original copies of the work visa (if it exists), the stamps on her passport (to prove the years match up), the original work contracts for this "modeling agency", investigations into the backgrounds of everyone involved, and much more. Turnabout's fair play, right?

So even id she did just use the Hillary defense.

"I didn't mean to do it."

After all every body bought that in the e-mail scandal so why not.

I love this, because absolutely, that bullsh*t can fly in both directions, and everyone should have eyes wide open to the sh*t show that is the long running birther movement. And the Donald was front and center. So by that rationale, Republicans and birthers and especially Donald should completely understand that we need to see original documentation.

Not only that, I hear Melania is a total communist, and probably evil. She is a Russian. For all we know she's a Russian mole and Donald is the mentally impaired target to get her in the White House. We need proof she came here legally. Actual original documentation with proper seals, paper stock, and ink dating. Until that day, place her in some kind of pre-deportation room. She is already too close to a Republican nominee for President. Until we know what the hell is going on, we can't have her anywhere near the presidency.

I'm sure most Republicans will be able to completely relate and totally understand why this is necessary?

The Dem's really do not have to anything at this point. Trump is doing all the work by himself. Self destructing . Polls have Clinton at a 83%+ chance of winning. Even in fox news latest poll Clinton is up by 10 points.

It gets even funnier if you think about it hard enough. (-puts on my tinfoil hat-) Isn't it a bit suspicious that:

1. Orly Taitz, the Queen of the anti-Obama "birther" movement, is from a former Soviet country?

2. Melania Trump is from Slovenia, which was then part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia?

3. Donald Trump praises Russia's leader Putin & acts like a Putin ally?

4. Trump's foreign policy adviser Carter Page supposedly visited Moscow in July to give "speeches criticizing decades of U.S. foreign policy"? (link)

At what point are the conspiracy theorists going to wake up and connect the dots! After all of the Nibiru threads, threads with Apocalyptic predictions, and other conspiracies, I'm actually disappointed at the lack of conspiracies about the birther movement being a Russia "PSYOP", Melania being a Soviet spy/double agent, and Donald being a Russian Manchurian Candidate. lol

(-takes off tinfoil hat-) To be fair, I don't actually have a problem with immigrants or anyone who tries to better themselves. If that's what she did in 1995, so be it. But I do have a problem with the right wing's hypocritical double standards when contrasting their anti-immigrant rhetoric to the apologist crap we're seeing in this thread when it's one of their own who's actions are suspicious.

I must confess I wondered to than I looked in to her background she was living in Milan and paris. So you can see she shut the door on her country long before she moved to the US. But as an international model in thr 90s Russia was having so many problems they couldnt afford a stick of gUm much less plot against Trump.

Unlike Hillary, the media has NOTHING on Trump, which is why they constantly have to contrive these fake scandals.

I'm trying to get into contact with a few people I have an in at with Peta to get the ball rolling on prosecution.

Was that pet hamster black by chance.

I'm calling the NAACH and get this hamster ball rolling.

So she broke a few laws..

Illegal Immigration is only "illegal" when you are brown?

Getting great insight into the thinking of Trump supporters here.

Was she trying to take over a state in the SW US or on any sort of government assistance?

Seriously the whole immigration thing should be seen in 2 categories. (One) is blue collar jobs and how much money floats out of the US bank to the Bank of Meh-he-co and (two) Can any sort of sanity be brought to bear on vetting Muslim coming into country.

Also note that Mrs Trump was never really an "illegal" but maybe working without a permit. And who knows she had a poor grandma back home that needed the money and had been eating cats and stuff. Maybe even an operation for grandma.

FYI, I am not right wing and that's my thread.

But, please do go after all the proof you feel you need. I think it's totally fair.

You know, I'm not a Trump supporter by any stretch of the imagination. But I find it difficult to care about his wife's visa. I really don't. Maybe I should, but I don't. So what, is my response. I find it petty. We should continue to focus on the really big issues.

For example, I keep hearing his words ringing in my ears "We are going to kill ISIS and kill them fast".
Do we have a right to know how he proposes to do that? Are we going to blow up all the countries they occupy?
Including France?

TELL US DON. We want to know. Or do we? Let's just talk about a young girls visa, instead.

Heavy Sigh

Trumps Campaign head, Paul Manafort also led the election campaign for Putin's close friend and pawn leader in Ukraine that was ousted and fled to Russia.

Melania's father in Slovenia was a full fledged, loyal registered communist, even post independence in Slovenia.

It would be enough connect the dots to occupy the right wing for a decade with congressional hearings and never ending speculation and attacks if it was not a candidate running against a democrat.

The nature of this thread was to present folks with unanswered questions, with circumstances and evidence that are significantly more suspicious than an African American being born in Hawaii or a post speech fist-bump and examine the consistency and hypocrisy. For that aim, the thread did not disappoint...

It is not so much a thread of hypocrisy exposing how many pretend "concern" and purport to be asking "legitimate questions" purely as a façade for vitriol and prejudice.

We have a potential first lady who is unable or unwilling to explain how she originally came to this country, a potential first lady who is the daughter of an actual, party registered communist...hand in hand with a candidate that praises Vladimir Putin and a head of the campaign that led the campaign for Putin's selected pawn in Ukraine before that man was run out of the country and fled back to Russia...A Presidential candidate whose campaign successfully fought to have language of sanctions against Russia removed from the GOP platform before the RNC convention...those are facts folks...

But none of it qualifies for a closer look by the crowd that spent years claiming Pres. Obama was Manchurian candidate...based on spurious claims and fake Kenyan birth certificates???

This thread is not about Melania as much as it about the massive canyon of inequality of standards of scrutiny...and what that says about the right wing.

Let me put on my right-wing hat for a moment.

No, she did not try taking over a state, just trying to occupy the white house and yes, being first Lady involves massive amounts of "government assistance" ...From free gourmet meals to private plane rides.

"I never thought to stay here without papers. I had a visa. I traveled every few months back to the country to Slovenia to stamp the visa," she said during the MSNBC interview.

U.S. immigration law did not require such trips that Mrs. Trump describes for work-visa holders at the time. People who hold visitor visas would be required to leave the country on or before the end date of their authorized stay. U.S. law does not allow someone to use a visitor visa to regularly live and work in the country.

Basically did she get paid for working while on a tourist visa in 1995. Agency say no but who can you trust anymore.

I am not a defender of most of Trump's nonsense ramblings but was he even around her at that time.
