That 90% is a LIE

Because it doesn't jive with 100 MILLION FIREARMS SOLD.

I am a veteran and gun owner who thinks we need better rules and laws when it comes to guns. So please stop just quoting sales and your justification that gun control is not wanted.

So?

The constitution says something quite different.

That talks about individual RIGHTS of the second, and RIGHTS of DUE PROCESS, and CRIMES be proven in courts of LAW in front of a jury of peers.

DNC conventions ARE NOT Bill of RIGHTS nor is it a court of LAW.

District of Columbia v. Heller: "2nd amendment right is not Unlimited." So yes, laws can be made to restrict rights granted by the 2nd Amendment, this does not mean that banning guns is legal. It means laws can be that pertaining to guns.

At least the DNC is not blaming Trump for the deaths of these people.

The RNC blames Hillary, not the radical Islamists that actually killed those men in Benghazi.

The irony is thick...

Nope, just the NRA.

The NRA should not have any voice in DC. That goes for any lobbyist.

How about instead of blaming guns, our politicians actually do things to help inner cities like repealing the war on drugs instead of just ignoring them like we have in cities like Baltimore and Chicago?

I am totally and completely on board with you there, Grambler.

Republicans need to give up the climate-change debate. Abandon the religious pandering, abandon the xenophobia, the anti-science, and the general negative angry vibe... and you would do a lot better drawing in disillusioned democrats.

Climate change IS a debate. There is science for both sides
Is your religion not being pandered to? Would you like it to be?
Our WORLD is facing a crisis. I would NOT call identifying the enemy xenophobia.
Anger is a human emotion sometimes misconstrued for passion.

Please, open your eyes a little wider.

Those who are bored with this DNC. Wikileaks released an early Christmas present. The DNC recordings

Wow that is incredible!
...and the DNC were even warned a year ago about security but were too incompetent to secure themselves.
This video just shows that it's ALL about the money.

Thanks for sharing

Ever read the 14th because it says something different than supreme court justices who IGNORE it.

Then use your legal right to being suit against the government and get the Supreme Court to overturn its decision.

Until then this is law of the land.

I feel like I am beating a dead horse here, but all of this talk of gun violence, and no talk of the people taht commit the crimes. The former Philly police commissioner is talking about all of the violence he has seen in Philly and Chicago. Why not acknowledge that much of that is gang related, and black on black crime, and much of that carnage is caused by a failed war on drugs that hurts minority communities more than anyone??

This is what gets me about the democratic platform on guns. On one hand, they want more gun laws, but they ignore that many of the people that use or possess guns illegally are young black men, and then on the other hand they say too many young black men are imprisoned? Won't more and stricter laws lead to more imprisonment of young black men?

How about instead of blaming guns, our politicians actually do things to help inner cities like repealing the war on drugs instead of just ignoring them like we have in cities like Baltimore and Chicago?

You are not beating a dead horse - you are speaking the truth.

Education and Jobs and a relentless focus on investment in inner cities. All crime would tumble.
When a kid is actually better off going to jail and will get a much better education there, you know you have a problem.

I know Neo. You support big government brought to you by big money interests.

So much for being a champion of the individual, huh?

The 14th allows states to create restrictions on firearms as long as they are equally applied.
