Trump clearly respects Russia and Putin at least in principle so I wish he would read up a little and finally come to the conclusion and declare that NATO and EU enlargement, directly to the contrary of what the US agreed to with Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union, has pushed Russia into a corner and not every country in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus needs to be Westernized.
