These two are really interesting, especially Immortel (enki belial). I think the first movie i ever bought on amazon was They Live.

Someone else mentioned David Lynch's Dune, there was a mini series in 2000 that was really good.

The sequel - Children of Dune was good too. It has James McAvoy.

I've got it here somewhere but there are 2 movies that EVERYONE could watch at any time, with anyone. Princess Bride ans Willie Wonka. Personally I LOVE LA Confidential. I relate. Comedy? None better than Airplane. AND The Shawshank Redemption is the best American made movie since GF2 imo.

Somewhere in Time has been close to my heart forever. Great flick!

I'd have to say my all time favorite is Close Encounters. Great mix of SciFi and Drama.

Thankyou, it's one of those movies i can watch many times without getting bored with it and a bit of time travel mixed in to boot.

And of course another True Classic!
