That's just it. We don't know "Why" he did it.

But the facts are that He's been on the force for 4 years and on that day he did in fact shoot a totally innocent and unarmed man that, according to official statements, wasn't even the target.

Whether it's because the cop just missed, or because he was black, or whatever we don't know. That's all just speculation unless he confesses. But the fact is that after 4 years as a cop, he did wake up that day and go shoot that guy for no apparent reason.

Maybe the officer tried to ricochet a bullet off the guy laying on the ground to hit the other guy. :::Rolls eyes::

Shot him AND then handcuffed him and waited 20 minutes before he called for medical aid for the shooting victim!
I can't think of a single reason to allow a man with a gunshot wound to lie handcuffed and bleeding for 20 minutes before calling for medical attention.
I just wonder what story we would have gotten if the person making the video had held back just a day or so....

first of all, even though I think running is FOOLISH...it does not warrant a SHOOTING or a TASING which could result in instant death or possible cardiac arrest. You are expressing that it does, which is wrong
