The Shed 9

Phew, what a day it's been - Played my fiddle in the park, and had 2 people come up to tell me how good it sounded. Had my lesson later on, got soaked in the rain, and went shopping at 5 different places. I'm pooped.

Met a couple potential dates as well, and found out that I might have a fellow ghost hunter coming along in November (turns out, she's always loved ghosts, and she lives close to me, so we might be carpooling for the sleepover.

Hiya KD, Quantum, KIttie, Foss and Krypto.

Foss, playing music in the park and shopping sounds great! And...potential dates too! Sounds like a very good day indeed! OH how fun finding a fellow ghost hunter to travel with! I've only been on one paranormal investigation at a haunted restaurant/Inn. A lovely historical building in a nearby town. I love ghost stories, books, movies, presentations.

Krypto The Adams family was a real hoot to watch back in the day!

I ended up sorting through all my Christmas and Birthday gifts I have put aside for people in baskets and boxes I had in my closet. Got too hot in there, so now my room is a disaster area. I still haven't had supper!

Q, my turtle will try to bite too. I have to be careful when I'm handling her. I never take my turtle out to clean her tank. I take apart the filter for the tank and clean the tubes and replace the carbon filters etc. If you need to, use a fishnet used to take fish out of tanks and skim whatever might be around in the water. They also sell sponges with handles to clean the glass. Once in a while you might want to take half the water out and replace it with new water.

They sell this stuff that works amazing to really make the water crystal clear.

I also take out any of the plastic plants or decorations and clean that too. Does yours have a floating dock where he can get up and bask in the light? OH it is extremely important to get the right kind of light for your turtle, the kind that mimics natural sunlight or its shell will soften and he will die.

She has a floating dock and many cool settings. I tried to take her out to flea everything and she was not happy lol. So I left her in and took everything out to clean it. Changed the carbon filter to. Now she is happy. Thank you

Ah, nothing like a happy pet I always say! My male is like a bull. I bought a cool castle to put in his tank and he was always plowing it over. So now he just has some plastic plants for decoration in there. LOL
