The fact that it's always an old white judge doesn't mean that EVERY old white judge does the same.. But obviously some do..

I'm not saying our justice system isn't flawed. In fact, there are a number of things I would like to see addressed in a reform of our criminal justice system..

Just off the top of my head...

None were found guilty.

Every example I posted was caught dead to rights AND convicted.

There are plenty of cases dropped of lack of evidence and bad paperwork. These are cases where they were convicted, and the judge imposed little to no sentence.....after they raped someone..usually a child..

I know this won't be favorable on the site now days but you do have a point with sharing this. I believe that as well with many of the wrongly convicted people(for various claimed crimes) that ended up serving nearly life terms until they were DNA tested, etc- if even given that chance.

Also, partly has to do with class-ism, poorer areas have the cycle of crime and poverty. Some of the people have prior criminal records that are seemingly focused on when determining whether the person may be more likely a re peat offender.

Maybe making you need BOTH to be Ritch and white to get away with just about anything....

Or just rich all around. Class-ism at it's finest.

All rapists should be incarcerated for the maximum allowable term, regardless of skin colour, age, religious affiliation, or immigration status.

So, just so that we understand one another, inequality is a terrible indictment of a society, but so is a term of imprisonment of less than ten years for that sort of offence. No matter the circumstances, if conviction is secured, white persons, persons of all other colours, all creeds and religious affiliation, all manner of employment and regardless of whether they already have a record, or how long it is, should do SERIOUS time for taking liberties with a person sexually.

The main issue here is not inequality. The main issue here is a lack of morality on the part of judges. Rapists are scum, and should be come down on like the fist of God. Period. All of them. No exceptions, no deals, no plea bargains, nothing. Conviction should automatically mean you get pwned by the law.

It does depend sometimes with what kind of record a person has already.

If you have assault and BnE's and then get caught for rape, ya probably will be doing 25-life.

BUT! Proven rapists should get more than 2 yrs for 1st offence. 5 yrs min.

BUT! Hoaxes like duke la cross and twanna, the women should be doing time too. Same, 5-15 yrs.

Like that kid that was kicked out of college because the girl's girlfriend said her friend was raped.

The girl even said she wasn't raped, remember that?

In order to prove something like "white privilege," you would have to prove that every single white gets this mythical advantage all or even most of the time while no blacks ever get it, ever.

So I can cite you OJ Simpson and plenty of other black athletes to go along with this Brock guy and white child rapist I posted that make this a bit more complex than the simplistic and racially divisive black/white issue the left would like us to believe it is.

It's pretty hard to deny definite institution racism of blacks.

After the civil rights laws prison population rose 700 percent outpacing crime substantially.

1 in 15 black men are in jail vs 1 in 106 white men.


Black and mexicans make up 70percent of arrests at colleges.

At some point you can't deny what's going on. Couple that with states that still have strong Klan presence. Klan members being cops and judges as well.

Then look who the war on drugs effected the most. Not to mention cops busted for supplying the drugs and ignoring prosecution of dealers they were in bed with.

There may not be white privilege per sae but their is black racism that far exceeds the racism effect from black racists.

Personally I believe there were internal decisions that chose to promote aspects of black culture that were known to be destabilizing. We went from a black intellectual movement with jazz, playwrights, authors, even the black panthers had intelectuals running the show. They are the ones to come up with school lunches.

Now it's nonsense like little Wayne pouring Champaign on his phone and beyounce is so deep.
Then again I guess we have all gotten a little dumber and more materialistic.
