List of black rapists who also only got 6 months.

I googled "rapists only gets 6 months" with the search set to ignore the last 6 months to ignore the latest case. Then went through (way too many) some pages checking to see if I could find a similar case, but involving a black/Hispanic offender.

There were none.....


In fact I am willing to bet dollars to donuts that NO African American convicted of rape on America has EVER gotten such a lite sentence.....ever.


I found quite a few cases...


1) an Alabama police officer raped a woman with car trouble....he got 4 months...

2) a billionaire raped a 12 year old..6 months.

"White Privledge" is not a really fair discription... Cause I think it is sub counciously and unintentional, but the end result remains.

I think when these old white judges preside over a young white kid. A kid who might even resemble their own children or younger selves. They subconsciously sympathize and think:

" if my kid had made a couple more mistakes, that could be him standing before me."

So they take it easy.....

But with some black kid they have no such sympathy..they make no such subconscious connection. They prosecute them to the fullest extent....


The only "racist" component is the veiw that sex and/or rape by a black person "ruins a woman". Making it worse offences by the standards of some ole racist pricks, which has bled over into our culture....


Obviously the economic standings should be addressed as well.

I'm sure most of the cases had the cash for awesome defense teams.

Maybe making you need BOTH to be Ritch and white to get away with just about anything....

Are you saying that Trump has a point about the Latino judge?

I don't necessarily believe it's "white privilege" like I keep reading/seeing everywhere, but more so "white guy, who happens to have similar Stanford Athletics backgrounds with judge privilege" as being the biggest culprit... There are tens of thousands of rapes that happen each year, with sentences way longer than 6 months... The case like this one with Dbag Brock Turner are more the exception, and they don't happen often... at least I'd hope so, or I'd figure I'd being hearing more about light sentences, because I know rape/sexual assault isn't slowing down, unfortunately..

I got rail roaded and hit with felonies and locked up for nowhere near what I should have gotten and I'm white.

So get over yourself and stop blaming the world because your a failure.

Yeah that's just convictions. That doesn't include all the "well they were both drunk so who knows even though she was covered in his bodily fluids." Those happen daily.


How about the speaker of the house who admitted to being a child molester. Apparently there is a statute of limitation even on rape because he was only sentenced for fraud.

In general we do a very bad job of recording sexual assault. If guys knew it doesn't matter if she was drunk and can't say she didn't consent.

The liberal states oddly enough are much better at recording rape and prosecution but you still get these little rich boys.

It's amazing when you look at the worst rape states. The worst half of the rape states come from almost primarily conservative red States.

Maybe instead of freaking out about gay or trans people in the bathroom we should actually adress where most rapes happen. Many at college parties. 8 percent of college woman have had there drink spiked. Thats a lot of women.

Hell It was the 70's until you could file for spousal rape in the us.


I bet if you look for star black athletes convicted or accused of rape you will find some. Let's also not forget half the time it isn't prosecuted.

I can list 100 white people doing life sentences for growing pot plants.

We can all play this stupid game.

John Jones was barely slapped for hit and run with a pregnant lady who broke her arm.

I think though in the south you will definitely find racist judges who definitely throw the book at blacks. You can't deny the sheer numbers of arrests and jail populations with blacks and minor offenses compared to whites.

Racism does very much exist institutionally in the south. Especially the deep south. I live in SC and it's still a big issue.

But yeah if that big .... can run or dance he is better than the poor white man.

It's still a lot like this where I live. We still get clan matches.

I'm not saying our justice system isn't flawed. In fact, there are a number of things I would like to see addressed in a reform of our criminal justice system..

However I think maybe you should find the data and form an opinion around that rather than a handful of news articles.

I never found an American study, probably become it will be mysoginist and sexist, but studies in other country have found that people don't get roofied. The data showed that the girls system only had the recreational drug if their choice.

It explains how Govenors make bathroom legislation for a problem that never existed yet won't help provide a better job enviornement. Like NC set to loose billions already in hundreds of millions over the Govenors laws.

Luckily it seems to be backfiring because every night in the news there is an employee group out of work like the sports and concert stage crews talking about how pissed they are at the governor. When you have hundreds of corperations say sorry we are going elsewhere you have f'up.

Anyway just saying this is how it happens and it still happens like this somewhat today.



Also that came from an 18-19 year old kid. Pretty incredible. His early work is really something to read. Quite amazing for a kid/young man.

USC just did a survey/study on it. They said it was about 8 percent of college woman get their drinks spiked.
