The US government is the largest healthcare provider, and 'retirement' provider this country has.

We have enough socialism.

Exactly. It doesn't matter what people call themselves. It matters if they do what the ideology says.

Communism was supposed to come out of the most advanced capitalist societies through an act closely related to anarchy. Not a peasant culture.

Liberals are supposed to follow the enlightenment era thought found in Two Treatise of Government for example.

Republicans are supposed to govern least but haven't done that in over thirty years. Inacting all kinds of moral laws, debtor prisons, unsanctioned wars etc.

I believe in capitalist ideals as well. Like I said, I'm not a communist. I simply believe we can impliment certain programs within a constitutional infrastructure, that benefits the people and cannot be manipulated or denied by outside interests, such as corporations.

I think you and everyone on your street should buy your groceries as per normal and then have them confiscated and equally redistributed. That means your carefully chosen fair that fits your budget and diet will be mixed in with and equally distributed with the family of fatties who regularly chug 8 to 12 2 liters of the cheap soda, go through a gallon of Miracle Whip, and eat mass quantities of cheap cheesy poofs and Hungry Man dinner entrees; the holier than thou vegan who thinks tofurkey is magic; the three or four families with two or three kids who try to live economically and shop the warehouse stores regularly; the alcoholic who only buys actual food to get cash out of his food stamps for bourbon, scotch and beer; and the four or five families who subsist on fast food dollar menu fair and convenience store convenience food.

Now imagine having all that mixed together and redistributed equally.

Some families would have too much; some not enough. Everyone would be unhappy with perhaps a large portion of what they got. There wouldn't be much you could coherently do with it, and you would get uneven quantities of everything.

Have they tried to deny liberty to gay people?

Have they created a war on drugs imprisoning people for their choices?

In the form of medicare,medicaid, and Tricare that account for over 100 million people.

MORE people than most EU countries entire populations.

That fabulous single payer where everyone is using it. Hardly anyone is paying for it, and the SOCIALISTS created triple taxation like the MEDICARE capital gains surtax that is supposed to fund the difference.

The kicker is PRIVATE healthcare in the US runs circles around what the US government 'offers'.

I have seen LEFT wingers grow the government to unprecidented levels, and make the right wing look like amateurs.

Social security.

MEdicare.

Medicaid.

Foodstamps that have over 50 million people on it.

Created FIAT currency via the Federal Reserve Act.

Created the FISA ACT under Carter in the 70s

Created the Omnibus Counter Terrorism Act under CLinton in the 90s.

Created the NDAA under Obama.

That's not to mention over 70 years of the LEFTS gun control with the NFA of 1934, Johnsons GCA in the 60's.

CLintons Assulat Weapon 'ban' in the 90s, and the Brady LAW that for the first time in American history 'we' the people had to ask the STATES PERMISSION to practice our second amendment rights.
