Oh what a broad stroke you paint with. Many don't support our corrupt govt but that doesn't mean we all should support the Bundys. What did they accomplish? How have they curbed corruption?

All they did was get themselves arrested, injured, and killed. There's ways to do things right and ways to do them wrong. They did it all wrong. Maybe they were too confident with their previous standoff with authorities and thought they were untouchable.

One feed was saying he was on his knees.

While I agree with the sentiment behind the protest, I totally disagree with how it was handled. Oh so short sighted and just asking for a confrontation.

Someone stated they were part of the 3% but I believe they were actually an offshoot and the 3% disagreed and tried to negotiate a peaceful outcome.

Someone else said children there would/might/ prevent a Waco. There were dozens of women and children at Waco.

At least there is at least 1 congressman complaining about the BLM. This is where it needs to start and save the confrontations for when it is really meaningful. This will likely cause infiltration of legitimate militia group and more standoffs by cowboy wantabee's.

It's totally believable because how many times have we seen authorities kill people they thought were armed? These men they knew were armed but that doesn't change the fact these men also threatened violence if they were to be removed/arrested. If the authorities wanted them dead they would have raided weeks ago. So a man being shot with his hands up? Plausible in most cases but in this case there is room for doubt.

Edit to Add: And wouldn't your statement imply that our citizens in the military aren't patriots? Because they sign up to protect our government. In fact, the current Oath of Enlistment includes an oath to obey the orders of the President. Or does the President of the US somehow not count as the government?
