Then how can these 2 be charged with obstruction if it wasn't happening?

That is not what they were charged with.

The civil suit against CMP would seem to now be a slam dunk.

If that's the case, they need to indict every news station that edits video before airing. They need to indict every person who posts false/fake videos on YT. Every journalist that omits information in their articles, every paper that indicates things happen that didn't.

BTW, this would seem to be what the indictment is about. So, no. No terrorism charges against them.

I agree with this, Planned Parenthood has been under investigation and has been found to be following the law. However, the people behind the videos broke the law to get their propoganda pieces.
