I liked your response, but I disagree.

There are some things worth fighting for, my friend. The United States Constitution is worth fighting for. Our freedom, our way of life, our liberties...and not just in the US but everywhere.

Man was born free. It is governments that enslave us.

I will keep fighting to the death.

I feel like I was born into this time, not to give up and play dead, but to remind people who we really are.

We have more power as individuals than anyone really knows. United, we are a force.

If everyone for one day didn't buy gas, for example, the ripple effect would be huge.

We have power. We just need to come together.

Good response. Human nature is an interesting thing, isn't it?

But the truth is, we also have the fight or flight response. If we are clear in our minds, if we learn to detect, follow and trust our intuition, we can quickly remove ourselves from danger with a physiological response.

The problem is we've lost our radar.

Yes, it seems we are destined to repeat history. You can even chart the cycles.

But since we have free will, it is unconscionable that we ignore it and instead opt for the free cell phone.

What was that old worn out adage?..."Same Old # Different Day"....S.O.S.D.D.

There is no "New World Order", it's the same old thing it's always been, They just changed the terminology or what they call it.

It takes quite some time for people to realize it's the same old crap after the names are changed.

Those who are ignorant to history are bound to repeat it, and when a generation dies, their memories and the lessons they learned in life die with them.

This has already happened in our history over and over again.

Just look at Hitler---he did away with those with mental disabilities, homosexuals, the Jews, etc.

We went to war to stop him.

Now we're just walking into the gas chambers willingly.

Oh, I know. Occoassionally on ATS I see people calling for a New World Order and I think, "Aha! This is the biggest part of the problem!"

Those who would bend over and take it willingly.

That guy will be the one who will come for his fellow citizens to put them in FEMA camps.

He is already a robot. I don't have any hope that anyone can unplug him.

People dont see it due to their standardized education and standardized media; cruel or immoral behavior has become inherently acceptable to most people's societal norms.

"New World Order" was even uttered in this thread when we are also complaining about people not seeing it.

Maybe we should drop this handily provided piece of catchy yet misleading branding and call it what it is:
"The Old World Order".

The same entities (monetary cabals) have been outsmarting the system using trans-generational stratagem to ensure they prosper at other peoples expense- its not New and it never will be.

This was an interesting reply, and I learned something from you.

What countries talk about it? Can you provide examples?

I imagine the Europeans talk openly about it, but they're socialists, and are already half way there.

There is no God or Jesus coming to save us.

That's illustrates part of the problem. I have meet many people who are happy to put up with the deteriorating world and do nothing because they will go to heaven and have a good life.

I just have to say once again that I am deeply ashamed, taken aback and disgusted by your response.

It is not even worthy of an argument.

You are too far gone.

Reading through this thread makes me really miss the 70's. Yeah, it was not a time prosperous for corporations and the wealthy, and there was the ever present social issues. But myself and all my circle of friends and family never had to go without a job more than a day. no stress there. Health insurance was part of the job benefits package, so no stress there. Housing, rent or buy was achievable for the most lowest paid employee. no stress there. There was no war on drugs and we were glad to be out of Nam and the draft gone. The gas lines was inconvenient. But with no cell phones, neighbors would talk and rant while waiting. Lack of jobs seems to be the common denominator of failing countries. We are starting to look more like the ME every day, no hope, no jobs for the future generations.

I have been saying the exact same thing for a few weeks now! I just said it again yesterday...gosh, I miss the old days.

You MUST go see Speilberg's BRIDGE OF SPIES movie. He was masterful at creating that time in history. From the scenery, to costumes, to the amazing sets, you will leave the theater with a tear in your eye and long for a diffferent time when Americans knew who they were.

Rather bleak outlook my friend.

I don't agree.

Some version of humanity will have to learn how to live life with honesty, integrity, a sense of spirituality, and a collective desire to live in harmony with one another and their natural surroundings.

If that doesn't happen, then we're doomed.

Seems to me that the entire reason we are in the position we are in is because we are fighting tooth-and-nail to keep the "old world order" while it falls to the ground and we are fighting against the "New World Order".

We need to change how we think, what we do, how we do it and why we do it.

We need the "new world order" to hurry the hell up.

Do you realize one of the main components of the NWO is massive depopulation of our planet? The power puppets are already placing controls of population growth but most of what I have read leads me to believe that someone more vile is part of the agenda!

I'm sure it's been said, but I don't know if the denial that you are running head-long into is new. It's not pathological exactly; maybe delusional would be a better word. Denial is a common psychological response to circumstances that are so horrific that we cannot face them. In fact, it is so common that The Elite not only take advantage of it, but cultivate it in the population. It is sometimes a slick piece of work in social engineering to watch, and sometimes it seems... almost accidental or ancillary to other things.

Millions of people are beginning to see the bigger picture, to see how enslaved we are to events which we have no control over, and that are quickly spiraling out of control.

It's really horrible watching what is happening around us and being unable to do anything about it.

you can always move to another place

Iceland seems like one good place (to relocate to) in the economic/societal sense

BRICS is an alliance consisting of BRAZIL, RUSSIA, INDIA, CHINA AND SOUTH AFRICA.

They've created their own world development bank, with their own federal reserve and their own central banks and their own currency reserve.

This was their effort to get away from the western domination of our financial markets, and wrestle control of their own resources and financial structure.

Many say this is a way of thwarting the new world order.

Some believe they've merely joined in. Research it. It's an important development.

Thanks, I meant most people on Main Street don't know what BRICS is. I was agreeing with you.

Things were awesome until the mid 80's from what I remember. The recession of "81" forced me to go into the military because I couldn't find a job, but up until 2002 I was always employed and had no problem getting a job whenever I wanted to.

The biggest change seems to be the biggest problem though, since computers and internet have made the acquisition of information through background checks easily attainable, which then makes it easy for employers to discriminate against people for "charges" in the record which didn't warrant convictions, which deny people opportunity unfairly and illegally, I might add, which is a part of the unemployment issues here in this country.

Computers also replaced a lot of people who had jobs before because of the efficiency of information transfer and advances in software which even replace programmers. Soon it will take only one programmer and a small team of technicians to run a factory that used to employ hundreds of people.

Things that are sold to the people as improvements in lifestyle are frequently proven to do the opposite because there needs to be a separation between business and state as well as separation of church and state.

And then we have big corporations claiming corporate person-hood, with the same rights a flesh and blood person, but not the responsibilities of one.

Which in the end cause people to respond like this......www.zerohedge.co... m/news/2015-12-10/arkansas-state-university-campus-lockdown-after-active-shooter-spotted

Brings to mind an Edgar Cayce quote: "“Great numbers of children will be born who understand electronics and atomic power as well as other forms of energy. They will grow into scientists and engineers of a new age which has the power to destroy civilization unless we learn to live by spiritual laws.”
― Edgar Cayce
