Organized chaos. They have to answer each call they get about a black SUV and anybody remotely matching descriptions. That's why units are answering specific calls instead of just running all over the city. On a scanner it sounds worse than it is in reality. The officers are dealing with what's in front of them, not everything we're hearing.

Scrap ISIS, the target holds no value. If ISIS strikes it will be in a dense population like a city. Way harder to catch em.

Nope not for something like this. You flood the area.

As for agencies you have a situation involving many agencies outside their jurisdictions responding to unknown situations where civilians are reporting things that might not be accurate or involved in the incident.

Keep in mind crime doesnt stop for situations like this.. police, fire, ems all have normal calls coming in.

I don't see any politions addressing mental health issues regarding in any of these shootings.

The problem is not the guns, it is people with mental health issues.

Do you all think for one minute taking away all the guns will solve all these shootings, No it will not.

We have a very big Black markets of every kind of gun you want. Yet do you see or hear of any politions addressing this issue. No, you don't.

No, the powers that be want the guns taking away from the law biding citizens, so we cannot protect our selves.

Why does this look like an ISIS operation? Just because ISIS has guns and preliminary reports said one man may have a beard?

I'd be more willing to agree if there was a suicide bomber that took some people out, but so far we can't say this has anything to do with ISIS.
