"They" can also just as easily drop-in and steer the conversation from the ground up, completely undetected. 

I think they are detected more times than not.

It is just that most people don't call them out, but many are aware the attempts at manipulation.

From Theresa May and Cameron bringing out new laws on what they term extremists(911 conspiracy theorists) can talk about or put on the internet to the Chinese internet credit rating people based on brown tonguing the Government.
Also Matt Drudge being told by a supreme court judge that under new rules of the TPP they will be coming after him next year and he will be shut down and all he basically does is link websites to bring news we might never hear much like this one.
Many other clues such as banning cash being openly discussed and a world biometric program by 2030.

A Globalist totalitarian Government is slowly wrapping itself around the World like a giant Boa Constrictor using the UN,the war on terror,global carbon tax,the TPP and many other deviant ways.

The have not told Matt Drudge any such thing. Matt Drudge told himself that after reading something incorrectly. And believe me, he did it for website hits. Linking will not be illegal. Some links that 'go past a paywall' as many print newspapers, that are losing money, have you pay to subscribe to their online content. There are also other paid content sites that these direct links breach. They will either be blocked or someone will be warned to stop linking past that point on a website. This will not have a more significant effect than it already does.

I recently considered that something like this might be coming... why? because of the recent up-tick in reporting of attacks on Jews in Israel. The link? prior to 9/11 there were routine news reports of bombings on buses in Israel and the way I remember it that all stopped afterwords (or at least it was not being reported in the US media like it was before). So my conjecture is that the public is conditioned with seed reporting on a low level (whether real or orchestrated) prior to a big event... so I have to be suspicious about who actually was behind the Paris event and what is the objective? on that note I have to consider one really big objective is toppling the govt is Syria so there is likely a link

That's the interesting thing about conspiracy-minded folks. They don't believe anything in the normal media and believe everyone there cheats, is bought-out, etc., so then they believe any other yahoo who shows up, even of they have no training, no credentials, and nothing more than their attitudes. Rather than find a MORE credible source that the ones they mistrust, they'll glom on to anybody that parrots their own beliefs. This so-called "journalist" cited by the OP has no expertise at all on anything.

I don't know if you're a noob to the subject since you're new here but there is plenty of evidence of who "they" are.

I'll give you a pointer to a thread that does a good job of explaining it. That thread scratches the surface but it is a good synopsis without getting into any of the really weird stuff, and I assure you there is plenty of weird stuff around. Stick around for a few years, I like the Socrates quote about refraining awhile from setting oneself up as judge of "the highest matters".

I hope you understand it's easier to call them TPTB or the cabal than to continually start typing a huge list of corporations, families and secret networks. Besides, these groups probably aren't as monolithic as some people think.. there's definitely infighting and different groups with different agendas. The great game is played out on different levels of compartmentalization, some play the nation state game, others the globalist game, then it goes beyond that and that's when you'll start hearing people talking about aliens, Satan, fallen angels and Obama being the antichrist, you know how it goes.

I do have to agree a lot of these false flags are suspicious.. I was jarred to realize this latest attack took place on friday the 13th
