Stewart was a biased, satirical propaganda mouthpiece, who excelled at "dividing" our great country....

I couldn't watch the debate, my time is to valuable for that crap....

John Oliver is still on.

There will always be something to mock the establishment.

Otherwise, we'd all be clinically insane.

Comedy Central. Doesn't matter what the 'channel' was - he reached Millions....
which is why now Bernie Sanders is the front-runner.

+2 for Mystik. Your "jab" doesn't make any difference.

So I see..comedy central..
He has a cartoon on before him "Futurama"
And a comedian after "Jim gaffigan"

Makes no difference.
FOX news is a joke, (a sickening one, and not news, and not funny either), but then they also have Bob's Burgers, Family Guy, American Dad, etc.

Fox knows entertainment, they know demographics. They scare the hell out of conservatives on Fox News because conservatives react to fear more strongly than liberal people. They also have "bimbo" hosts who play traditional dumbed-down female roles. It all fits into a conservative's "traditional 1950's world view".

But, Fox also knows comedy -- and it's ironic that on their other Fox networks they poke fun at conservatives constantly.

Hey, it sells and that's all Fox cares about -- $$$

BS. Stewart was just a messenger. His bias if he had any was a bias toward exposing the lies being told to us every day. His satire and comedy were dead on and to call him a propagandist only exposes you as a fraud.

BTW, if a satirical comedian can divide you great country, maybe it's not as great as you like to imagine.

I couldn't watch the debate, my time is to valuable for that crap....

Yeah right. But you somehow still find time out of your exclusive lifestyle to come here and post. How will the world ever make it???

"Thank you, Donald Trump, for making my last six weeks, my best six weeks," the 'Daily Show' host said of the comedy potential of the 2016 hopeful."

Makes me think of the "I picked the wrong week" parts in Airplane!

speaking of FOX, after last night, and seeing her on FOX....I think blond Megan Kelly would make the perfect..."shemale of the Nazi SS....dress her up in black leather, a SS cap, leather high-heel boots, and a leather whip.........uhmm, sorry, got carried away there for a moment.

I have been watching Jon for so long, I can't remember when I started... I will miss him GREATLY!

I started falling asleep in the last 1/2 hour of the "debate", so I missed Jon, but I will definitely watch it. Thanks for the link. Buzzy!

Where will millennial ' s get their "news" now?

Baby Boomer here. No idea why you think only young people get their news there.

Local News has comedies or even cartoons on before it, and it's still news.

First off fox news channel is not fox network. Different channels. Same owner.
Comedy central is owned by Viacom which also owns MTV.
Second. Why do you attack another station to defend yours?
And I dont mean just you.
Every thread does that. Ill give an example.

The gop debate was full of idiots.
Responce: like Obama's not an idiot.
Rebuttal: everybody brings up obama.

Example 2: Stewart's not news.
Rebuttal: neither is fox...

Don't deny that this happens on every political thread and both side do it.
