I drew the sun: for one get more sun and vitamin D. Furthermore, just let your subconscious and all in it be. Don't delve into your sorrow and pain. Focus your conscious mind on things you like or find worthwhile, even if you really rather crawl into bed.

And, if meds are needed take them. Of course dispensed by a doctor who knows what he does.

Changing jobs: queen of cups. It will make you more in touch with your softer side. And own business: 5 of cups. That means sorrow, sadness and loss. So imo go for another job. OR get your stagnant work flowing by the ace of swords: kick out what is not needed, and become efficient and effective.
