Many years ago I think I posted a link to a story from a female office worker that came to her work at one of the Twin Towers early, and witnessed a very peculiar event.
She saw a whole row of flatbed trucks loaded with low stocks of something heavy (she assumed), covered with tarps, and the very strange thing was, that every truck that left the parking garage under one of the WTC towers, moving slowly, was guarded by armed security men dressed in black with no identifications whatsoever on their uniforms, that trotted along on both sides of each truck.
It happened before normal office times.

Which items? He, as the US president, signed to let the US government pay a yearly sum of 2.5 % of the net worth of the deposits to the beneficiaries. And for that, the US could use it as underlaying securing assets in their global deals. As far as I understand the Bahasa Indonesia text of your linked to, in Indonesian written article on page 1.

By the way, Indonesians from that era were not really fluent in English, at least the bulk of them. I have met not one that really wrote or typed perfect English. It shows that you have no particular history in dealing with the "back entrances" of major banks.

When you open a black account in Switzerland, Luxembourg or whatever other banking paradise, you are invited to open an account under a fake name. You are also pressed to sign with that fake name, and to remember how to write that fake name in the future dealings with that bank.

A huge semi-black deposit, like the "GREEN HILTON MEMORIAL BUILDING GENEVA" treaty, keeps the signing pens, the ink-pads, stamps and all extra blank papers for all signers in the same deposit box vault at the bank. For any later use by authorized signers with a key to that box.
