Further more, you also have no problem with kicking out American's and using lethal force to do so off their own land so the Communists can have it to do as they wish with it in the land of the FREE, the USA!
I am speechless, that you are turning a blind eye to the fact that our government is willing to sell us out to Communist controlled Countries...

BY COLBY ITKOWITZ

Before coming to the BLM, Kornze worked as a Senior Policy Advisor to U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada. In his work for Senator Reid, which spanned from early 2003 to early 2011

A couple things:
1) Your link doesn't work.
2) Didn't this deal fall through last year?
3) The area planned for the power plant and the area that Mr. Bundy had his cattle grazing aren't even remotely close to each other.
Ignoring all the stuff about scary commies and treason I think you're just plain wrong.
Links is right.
According to your info. Pax, the Chinese are looking for land down around Laughlin, NV, which is much further south than the Bundy Ranch situation which is suppose to be outside of Mesquite, NV.
Officials say Bundy and his son are illegally running cattle in the 500,000-acre Gold Butte area, ...

Why do you keep hammering on about "Communist" China?
communism
ˈkɒmjʊnɪz(ə)m/
noun
noun: communism
1.
a theory or system of social organization in which all property is owned by the community and each person contributes and receives according to their ability and needs.
The ENTIRE story reeks of Capitalism... Surely this is as clear as daylight?
If you are a socialist, or believe that China has Americas best interest at heart you are entitled to your opinion, that's what makes this country great. The fact is, China would love to see us fail, they would love to own as much of our resources and technology as possible. They have their best interest in mind, America should do the same and keep them out of our resources and businesses. I personally would tariff all imported Chinese products to make their prices the same as American products, make it illegal for them to own American companies and real estate, and, I would tax American companies that moved our jobs to China so heavily they would have no choice but to move back. American companies moved to China for cheap labor so they could make more profits and line the pockets of Wall Street rulers, but that is a whole different story.
capitalism
ˈkapɪt(ə)lɪz(ə)m/
noun
noun: capitalism
1.
an economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state.
"an era of free-market capitalism"
This is not a chinese state buying the land, it is a chinese company, a country with free trade, if the deal was from "Communist China", it would have been done by the sole Energy providor in China.edit on 13-4-2014 by kykweer because: (no reason given)edit on 13-4-2014 by kykweer because: (no reason given)

You know I understand peoplw want to make this about more and argument about if private cows can graze on public land for free but, that is all there is to it people. Trying come up Goverment plots with the Chinese sure makes it more exciting until you look at the fact thet project was stopped long before this while in the same state not anywhere near the ranch. Solar farms are best suited to desert locations, the complete opposite of where you would wants cows to graze. So let us just stop with all this crap trying to turn this into something it is not. The debate should be does this guy have some kind special rights that the rest of do not? Why does he get to break the law? And what action should Gov take to stop him?
BLM has also tried to argue that the rules have changed, long after Bundy claims he secured rights and paid his dues to Clark County, Nevada. BLM says they supersede whatever agreement Bundy had prior; they demanded that he reduce his living, his thousand-some-odd head of cattle down to a tiny herd of 150. It’s easy for the government to grant itself powers of overreach, but it doesn’t make it right. Many bad things are done in the name of unjust laws. -
Those who say Bundy is a “deadbeat” are making inaccurate claims. Bundy has in fact paid fees to Clark County, Nevada in an arrangement pre-dating the BLM. The BLM arrived much later, changed the details of the setup without consulting with Bundy — or any other rancher — and then began systematically driving out cattle and ranchers. Bundy refused to pay BLM, especially after they demanded he reduce his heard’s head count down to a level that would not sustain his ranch. Bundy OWNS the water and forage rights to this land. He paid for these rights. He built fences, established water ways, and constructed roads with his own money, with the approval of Nevada and BLM. - See more at: danaloeschradio.com...

Right...no one would buy the power, so no need to build a power plant. That part was established last June. It has nothing to do with cattle grazing on public lands, which has been the issue with Cliven Bundy since the early 1990's.
The whole cattle issue has nothing to do with Harry Reid and everything to do with Cliven Bundy not paying his lease. There's no big conspiracy here, it's pretty cut and dry.
Personally if my family was out of of work, None of them would be working in a Communist owned company....I will never support a Communist country. That is a slap in the face to all the VETS past, present, and future that fought and died so you could live different than the Chinese!

...Only Harry could think of using the turtles as a "reason" LOL
A Rancher’s Defiance
Cliven Bundy is the 67-year-old rancher at the center of this controversy. He says that his family has been cattle ranching in the 600,000-acre Gold Butte area since the 1877.
“I have raised cattle on that land, which is public land for the people of Clark County, all my life,” he explained. Of course, the federal government’s idea of “public land” is somewhat different than Bundy’s ancestors knew. Today, the feds consider the rancher to be an outlaw, and his grazing cattle are deemed “trespass cattle.”
Bundy says that the federal government has grown increasingly restrictive and has eliminated all the other ranchers from the region.
The Bundy Ranch is the last existing cattle ranch in Clark County.
