Well, in fact, our "fascist dictator" wrote an executive order to close Gitmo within a year. We see how powerful those scary executive orders can be now, don't we?
Woo hoo 6 years after the fact and 4 years after his party held all 3 branches ! ! ! !
No wait after he and his party held all 3 branches of government and it didn't rate anything.
Yeah Yeah those 'obstructionists'.
Have at least one original thought?

I fail to see the Treason.
Is it because he said that he is "Tempted" to bypass congress and make the laws on his own?
Just because someone says that they are "tempted" does Not constitute Treason by any stretch.
However, I can easily see that Far-Left Republicans put this video together. Do they have any clue that by doing so they have committed the Highest form of Treason. AND it is documented.
If you speak Against your Commander in Chief in such a manner, it is by Definition Treason.
So to sum things up. They have committed a Treasonous Act to assert a lie against the Command in Chief.
I am not personally happy about OUR choice of Leader, but, I also don’t go out of my way to perpetrate a fabrication by using documentation out of context.

For his first two years as President, the Democrats did control both houses of congress, but they never held a 2/3rds majority, so the Republicans could -- and did on just about every issue they opposed -- filibuster the bill in the Senate. The Republicans also fought tooth and nail for the better part of the first year of Obama's administration to keep Al Franken from becoming the 60th Democratic senator, and about the time he was confirmed, Ted Kennedy died, and then the Republican governor of Mass. appointed Scott Brown as senator -- the same Scott Brown that went on to slander Elizabeth Warren over her native American ancestry during the following campaign for this seat. The Republicans played the filibuster card during this two year period in an unprecedented manner, which in effect annulled the Democratic control of the Senate.

Trial balloons under the guise of "being in gest" but not the "call for dictatorship" as stated in the OP.
Did this headline catch your attention? Well it certainly caught mine. This title (not my own), pushes things a bit more than even I am willing to take. But the reason I am sharing this is because it reminds me of something our children may be watching in school some day. It was sort of a shocking wake up call, although a bit overly dramatic. You know sometimes folks kid about things they are serious about. But then again, did he say he was kidding? Yeah I know, overkill, but the point is valid.

If we were in revolutionary times Obama may have a point. The reality is that America is far from revolutionary times. I see this statement by Obama of `Bypass Congress` is simply pandering to his support base of so-called progressive Americans who like the idea of someone saying exactly what needs to change in America without actually getting serious enough to do something. Obama has actually been Capitalist wet dream despite conservatives labeling Obama as a `socialist.` Obama serves Wall Street like a well trained US politician.
GOP and DNP are just two sides of the same side coin of control of US Capital.
To summarize: NO, the Democrats didn't control all three branches of the government,
