What just happened in northwest Louisiana? Unexplained Explosion

I have no idea what the hell is going on....I would guess, however, that the common denominator between quakes, mysterious bunker explosions, massive sinkholes and seeping oil in the Gulf would seem to be crustal displacement or significant earth movement of some magnitude.

By pattern, I meant that there has been a series of explosions blamed on munitions bunkers, but seem to be something else. I'm not really into the numerology thing. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Update information on Redstone Arselal near Huntsville, AL explosion:

ric Edwards, director of AMRDEC, said a Dynetics employee was handling a "small" device in his work area when it detonated. AMRDEC and Garrison emergency and safety personnel responded and the man was transported by ambulance to Huntsville Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.

That scene doesn't look like what I'd expect for what the witnesses saw and the damage to windows etc.

So... it took all day to get aerial video of the explosion site? Something doesn't smell right about this to me. The blast area doesn't even look that big. It certainly seems like the initial media blackout gave enough time to make this look legitimate though if you think about it...

ya..i have to admit i'm a bit underwhelmed by the photo and video.
the train was a nice touch though.

I suppose that trains are left parked unattended in front of ammunition dumps and that is why the railroad commission failed to report this incident to the local police as policy states.
Also an ammo dump was left unguarded must have been abandoned and that is why that no one there followed procedure and contacted the railway commission and the local police.

I thought homeland security was created to ensure communication on these matters.

It all makes perfect sense now.

Actually if you put 2 and 2 together you would see this is what the ESO.org announcement today was all about. They informed the media today to prove they know their stuff, but the embargo was so the meteorites could do whatever damage they were anticipating but didn't want to cause widespread panic.
