Are ya serious? When you "springboard" from national syndication and national television to a few radio stations and websites, your springboard is seriously broken. Of course he will still exist. Just like Al Gore and Keith Olbermann still exist. I just won't be accidentally hearing him all the time on television now.

In fact, what he is doing is narrowing his reach to people that really only already want to hear from him and will seek him out. That audience can only get smaller.

Why do posters keep claiming he's narrowing anything? He's not leaving radio. He's still going to be on over 280 or something radio stations nation wide. May I ask, how do you "accidentally" hear someone? And to poster that downplayed the reach off Rush and Hannity.. like or not they have 15-20 million listeners a week. That's not a small number. I've honestly wondered why people on the left have so much hatred for people like Beck. First off, if you don't like it... change the channel. Stop acting the people that pushed Howard Stern off the radio. Second, if these guys are so idiotic and useless.. why keep attacking them? Why not just ignore them? Isn't that what freedom of speech is about? Honestly, why the hatred? How can someone scream about peace, love and happiness but be filled with so much hate?

I have never heard of this Glenn Beck. Hm. But from what I read in this thread he had a show on Fox News? I don't own a TV, so I guess that's why I never heard of him. And again, from what I read in this thread I didn't miss much. :p

I can't believe threads like this are allowed to go on, just because they left of the last part of the phrase that was started in the title. We can all complete the last few words, so in my books it's pretty vulgar for a main title to a thread. One can readily guess the whole tenor of the thread set up at the outset without even having to read it. Looking at that compilation, if you don't agree with his points, you must think everything is lemonade, sunny days, and sweet dreams in America today.

If Glenn Beck himself were here, he'd fight to keep this thread going for as long as possible.

He is smart enough to know that there is NO such thing as bad publicity... He's built his whole damned career on this. He has always found as many ways to piss people off, offend some, and tell others exactly what they want to hear.

This thread, and others on ATS about Beck, will show how well he has used this to generate interest and ratings.

After all, that is what it is all about.

So, whether you hate him, or love him, take him seriously or just laugh at him.... From his perspective all of that is good, very good.

Apparently you are very good at "guessing" because not only can you guess part of a title that doesn't exist, but you can also guess what a video and thread are about without watching / reading them.

I don't let beck bother me when I hear about his latest debacle. Just like I don't let the guy preaching on the side walk calling us all sinners bother me. It's just a waste of my time and energy.

People are realy losing common sense badly with politics.I know one thing for sure I would pick Becks ideas over top war and communism and socialism and autocrats and hatred and violence and a loss of accountabilty.

Beck has a good point about the progressive machine that believes they are the only people in the world who are correct about anything.

Beck is about the only person who kept warning about Egypt uprsing would turn into the Muslim Brotherhood winning the elections in Egypt.He literaly was warning everyone about the eocnomy failure.If you been watching His show he pretty much has been right on everything that has been happening even though He puts on a circus act and might say things that contradict themselves sometimes.

The part of the title with the profanity, don't play innocent there. I watched the whole thing, it does focus a lot on his mannerisms and method of delivery, but here and there you get glimpses of some points the he was making.
