if the building next to the mall was a credible military target why not attack it during the night when the mall is closed or has a low visitor rate.

If you are coming to liberate people like they claim one would expect they would be careful about collaterall damage.

In a war there is always going to be collateral damage. That is what NATO nations call it when they are the ones causing it. For some reason, they don't use that term when Russia causes it.

doesnt look like a normal russian cruise missile, it looks more like a Paveway lll than a kaliber missile

and it isnt going hypersonic otherwise that camera couldnt have captured it.

there is a pointy nose mockup

but the missile in the picture is still missing the mid body winds and one tail fin, it looks very pointy, smooth bodied with 3 tail fins in the pic.

It still hit close enough to be a military attack on a civilian building killing civilians. And Russia lied and tried to cover up. Is that the promise of Putin’s NWO? And still a war crime. If it was the Ukrainians you would call it genocide.
