There's 'justified', 'justifiable' and then there's 'lawful'.

Running over ANYONE is against the law. It's unlawful. It is now allowed by the law. Period.

Attempted murder, murder, manslaughter, killing - it's all unlawful.

Attempt to injure, injuring someone, touching someone's body without their consent - it's all unlawful.

It doesn't matter if something is 'justified' or 'justifiable' - all that matters is whether something is lawful or unlawful. Running over people is as unlawful as it gets.

People don't get to make up their own 'justifications' about things and have that make something ok to do. That's why there is a law. You either abide by it, or you violate it, your 'justifications' don't even enter into it. Why people even talk along these lines is beyond me, and frankly, a bit scary.

Now, of course sometimes you have to touch other people in crowded situations, like transit and such, and I think that falls under 'pragmatic, unavoidable, harmless exceptions'. But to intentionally touch someone against their consent is unlawful indeed.

"Without consent" is a bit closer to a grey area, as you have to sometimes do that, for example parents changing a baby's diapers. You don't ask, need or get a baby's consent before you do this. Same goes for caretaking of coma patients and such.

'Justifiable' or not, there is a LAW and everything is either protected by law, or violating it. There's no 'justification' that allows you to do unlawful activities, and this is all that matters.

Because traditionally, Democrats aren't anarcho communists, nor Marxists. In fact, true anarcho-communists (anarchists) and Marxists consider the Democrat Party to be a center right wing party, if not outright fascist. Some hard leftists have stated "even liberals get the bullet" or said exactly what I've said here.

However, increasingly, Democrats are moving harder left in the socialist/Marxist direction, not anarchist..

Anarcho-communists also differ from socialists and Marxists in that they do not believe in any kind of centralized government. They for example consider Stalin and Mao to be "not really communists," but possibly even fascists themselves. This is partly how we get the "real communism has never been tried," from anarchists and also democratic socalists against tyranny.

This is what makes the Antifa members supporting vaccine mandates all the more bizarre, when those are centralized government mandates. You can't be an anarchist proper and also advocate central governmnet, statist policies.

The complaint also revealed that moments before allegedly driving through the parade, Mr Brooks Jr had allegedly beat up his ex-girlfriend in the moving SUV because she didn’t bail him out of jail several days for running her over with the same SUV.

She told investigators she met Mr Brooks Jr, the father of her child, before he drove while punching her in the face with one hand and steering the SUV with the other hand, the complaint said.

These are hateful people. Some looking for their 15 minutes of fame.
