I kinda been on a rant of late, myself ? I Believe those of us who say ... nothing seems to change ... we all want to try to fix what we think is wrong with America is This, I throw names like woke, blm, don't even get me started on the word commy, I use to spout that one quite frequently Myself, them DEMS, WOKE, BLM,THE ITS all WANT CHANGE, .... I WANT CHANGE also so where do we start, tag I'm gonna throw one of my dumb ass ideas out here, how about tomorrow morning before the chickens 🐔 looks more like one of those roosters to me, but sometimes I can't tell what a man or woman is any more, cause some one said a man can have a baby now a Days, so....

If you live near Kenosha, how about hang some notes, posters, etc on a telephone pole like in the days if you lost a dog please contact me id like to have my puppy back ( USA ) ! Instead of letting our town, city, turn in to a hell hole for a couple of days because you didn't like a guy going home ... by some dumb ass Republicans and dumb ass democrats setting on a jury let Him Go , let's try this one time to say why we don't like the out come all the news stations, papers if there are any of those any more ...already Going to agree with them WOKE folks anyway ...that the jury was wrong ... let's say what's on our mind without tearing alot of sh*t UP.

Oh FFS, most property in So. Ca. is overvalued. And mine is no great shakes. If it was, it would be closer to a million. Have you looked at the median price in Ca since you are such an expert on the US? The median price here is 750K. So I certainly was NOT bragging. Its like I said, overvalued, and no great shakes. But its definately 1st world price.

Im proud I worked hard and paid off my house, why not be proud of my humble home? Ive lived in it and maintained it nicely for 35 years. Single mom, raised my kids here.

Its not appropriate, sanitary, healthy to raise farm animals on your back patio. Its not good for the poor animals, nor the disturbed neighbors. Get real. REPEAT FOR EMPHASIS: U.S.Marshalls are absolutely NOT in any position to know ANYTHING what-so-ever about what the jury is or is not going through in any way shape or form.

Yes, I do. That's what we call "civilized" around here. Not my property; not my business. I can barely take care of my own 16 acres, so why would I feel the need to take care of someone else's place?

When I was younger, we had one neighbor a little closer. They decided to put in one of those factory chicken houses. The things made a terrible noise, and every once in a while the wind would shift and whew! Nothing like my chickens... a couple of roosters crowing in the morning, and not much smell at all. Know what we did? We ignored it. Not our place; not our business. After a little while you don't notice the sounds, and the wind always shifted back soon. I considered that a better way to handle things than complaining about my neighbor using his property as he wished, because I probably did things on my place that he didn't like, too.

Its outrageous that TPTB in CA are pandering to immigrants so wont enforce the laws on the books.

Well, yes, I can agree with that... but didn't you just say the neighbors with the chickens aren't Mexican? You do realize that legal immigration is legal, right? Unless you're full-blooded Native and just wandered off the Reservation, you're descended from immigrants.

The only illegal immigrants we seem to be having an issue with are coming from the southern border with Mexico. They are a mixture of Mexican and South/Central American, typically poor, too often uninterested in our laws, and sometimes actually criminals. I doubt many of them are living in overpriced beach homes.

IMO the judge should have declared that in the middle of the trial. All the facts show Kyle acted in self defense. The judge should have declared him not guilty and ended the sham trial.

You keep describing elements of my lifestyle (or my neighbors) and calling it "3rd world."

• I have farm animals (chickens, ducks, and plan to have turkeys again next year). I have had pigs and goats.
  
• I like to shoot off fireworks. My home, my land, my fireworks.
  
• I play music as loud as I wish when I wish. My home, my land, my stereo.
  
• I target shoot regularly, and might pop off a round or two at night if a predator shows up.

Maybe I'm reading you wrong, but it sounds that you are defining "1st world" as being able to tell others what to do and "3rd world" as minding one's own business.

Difference is all in the distance between homes when it comes to lifestyle in this context. You doing all that out in the country is fine & dandy, plenty of room for the decibels to fade off over distance.

Not so much in a town. Of any size.

Several acres and many more between people is one thing. A regular little neighborhood sized lot is completely different, and no, not particularly acceptable to house cattle, sheep, etc in. In my own neighborhood, most of the lots are around a half acre, plenty of room in your own yard for sure, but loud parties and fireworks overkill become grating that close by.

It does seem coming from FL & having lived in Latino-dominant neighborhoods (and some of the mix-race ghetto variety) that consideration to neighbors is an afterthought at best when it comes to noise.



Also, to the guy arguing that Polka is Polish, no it's not.

The music style is Bohemian in origin, but keep in mind that Bohemia was part of the Czech empire, and thus it's basically Bohemian/Czech music. The name "polka" is Czech in origin. WHOOPS! Not Polish at all! American-style polka is taken from Polish-styled, though. It's also still a thing in Spanish-speaking countries, even the Mexican Hat Dance has polka roots.
