This bus following should be a mistrial

Mistrial is a bad word, unless Kyle is found guilty.

Mistrial is the most likely outcome.

Not just based on the prosecutions or outside influence but simply because of the political nature and getting 12 people to all agree on anything.

These so called "news" organizations, they are the bane
of society most of the time. Take for instance the
one headline I see keep popping up about Rittenhouse
"choosing his jury".

This is highly misleading in that this is an ordinary
process lawyers go through in jury selection.

But the headlines are skewed and the "article"
to make it seem "privileged".

They should all be banned from the courtroom
and also from reporting during trial!

Iclearly said from the beginning a beach neighborhood. Clearly no farms, ranches or acerage. Get out of Alabama much? . Somethings shouldnt need to be spelled out.

And regardless, early on I described the proximity since I could see your buddy down under was clueless. And I clarified early to as well, you continued to take offense. Need me to build a timeline?

Difference is all in the distance between homes when it comes to lifestyle in this context. You doing all that out in the country is fine & dandy, plenty of room for the decibels to fade off over distance.

Not so much in a town. Of any size.

Do you consider me "3rd world"?

Do you live in an area appropriate for such a lifestyle, or do you live within city limits & are trying to Banana Republic it one driveway's width from the next guy? I can't figure out why you are utterly unable to understand the distinctions between lifestyles pertaining to the two, as well as what would fly where, considering.

Frankly, you make mountains out of molehills often enough that I think you're attention-seeking now. YOU blew the comment out of proportion & made it entirely about you. Again.
I know what the # she means, why don't you? I'm a farm kid in origin, I GET THE DRIFT. Nobody on a lot barely bigger than the goddamn house itself smashed up next to the property line & house next door, wants livestock in there, too. THAT is low-end living. Not outside of town with the appropriate land to swing it on. Anything else is simply living in sub-par conditions in tight quarters like that.

Maybe it's you that might need to, as the saying goes, check oneself.

I believe it would be a huge judicial mistake for Judge Schroeder in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial to declare a mistrial with prejudice.

Which reminds me about an incident --- I was a juror in a trial, which was about a woman who was hit by a car, who was suing for money from medical complications that occurred during the accident. I was the only one on the jury who supported the woman during the jury deliberation --- and heck --- I received a vague threat from at least one of the other jurors ("where do you work at?") in the trial. I'm not saying this is the case with the jury deliberations in the Rittenhouse trial. I'm just putting it out there...

Where does saying ‘beach’ neighborhood describe any of those lovely states and the Americans living in them? I said it from the beginning, too bad youve never been to a residential beach town, or you would know the houses are right on top of each other. Thats whythere are zoning laws preventing animals except dogs cats birds hamsters. No chickens no roosters. Common freaking sense. To most people with multiple degrees in engineering.

Where did I say I couldnt/wouldnt live out in the boonies with animals, when its how I grew ip? In southern New Mexico, not So. Ca. It wasnt at all third world. My neighbors animals were an acre at least away.

You cant spin your attack on ME away, there is a record. Since you are a mod, you could kill it. Go ahead. Im happy to let this die, but Iwill keep defending what I said. You chose to be offended and make a big stink about it.

That's news to me...I never heard of such an attempt by a defense in a courtroom to perform such an act; until the Kyle Rittenhouse trial occurred. Imho...it smacks of favoritism by the judge, towards the defense in the Rittenhouse trial.

I predict a hung jury. And at this point, this cant be a fair trial.

Doubtful they would be but . Not impossible, but their court security duties relate to federal courts. Not to say some sort of mutual aid agreement wasn’t reached or employed, but the story is fishy. I wouldn’t give much weight to anonymous sources

I have a feeling it will be a hung jury or full acquittal. I am hopeful that the judge will overturn a guilty verdict and give mistrial with prejudice.

I have watched the entire trial and the state in no way proved their case or removed reasonable doubt. In fact most of their witnesses seemed to bolster the argument from the defense that it was valid self defense in all instances.

Just my .02 on it.

By "choosing his jury" it means he drew names from a lottery tumbler for the 6 to be removed as alternates.

For one thing...I don't think that the Rittenhouse trial should have been held in Kenosha.

Thats close to my prediction as well.

If its a mistrial by hung jury, Judge will likely not do anything.

A guilty verdict may be struck by a judges mistrial verdict.

The wild card is with or without prejudice.

Poseibic is pretty solid. I dont think he would of put it out there if he was unable to confirm it properly. Just because people are not normally stationed there doesn't mean they are not in contact with people who are - in a friendly professional manner. Given the insanity around the trial I wouldn't be surprised if a deputy was reaching out regularly to make sure things were still ok.

Yeah. I think we are thinking the same thing.
