Every single show absolutely MUST have black and female presenters regardless of their suitability or ability etc.

Every TV advertisement has an equal number of black/white people in them.

86% of the UK population are from 'White ethnic groups'.
95% of the UK population identifies with being heterosexual.

Watching and reading UK MSM you would never believe that those figures were so high.

It really is pissing people off across the whole of the UK and if it continues there will be a backlash and that will not be in anyone's best interests, least of all minorities and special interest groups.

This is where I agree, I have no issue with gay/trans/bi characters in movies, shows or whatever, same with race I don't really care either way if the main character is black, white, hispanic, or whatever. My issue come from when they force the character to be this/that for no reason other than "we have to do it or it's not PC". Goes double for when things are taken directly from a book or other source of media with no mention at all that the particular character feels one way or another. Just stop forcing it!
