Although the 2013 repeal of the domestic dissemination ban promotes greater government transparency and may help counter anti-American sentiment at home, it also gives the federal government great power to covertly influence public opinion.

The 2013 Amendment now allows the State Department and the BBG to better combat domestic terrorism, and also promotes greater government transparency. However, the 2013 Amendment creates new problems. Now, there is little preventing the State Department and the BBG from widely disseminating unattributed government-produced programming within the United States.

Thanks for linking that - looks like high level military analysts were not treating the UAP/UFO/OVNI subject as a threat and the reasons behind this current hysterical promotion of the 'threat narrative' may have some pretty mundane (and attention seeking) motives.

Although official, and extensive, research into nuke planes went ahead, for around fifteen years before JFK closed it down, it is an acknowledged fact that dark and disturbing research was done on human beings, in an effort to understand and combat the potentially troublesome issues of exposing a crew to such a futuristic vehicle and power-plant. This is amply demonstrated in the papers of NEPA’s Medical Advisory Committee, the MAC. A June 1948 document makes it very clear what was going through the minds of the scientists on the program: “The NEPA Medical Advisory Committee is attempting to determine what will happen to humans exposed at infrequent times to amounts of radiations which are higher than those accepted as permissible for peace time operations. The Committee, with the exception of one member, feels that such information cannot be obtained by animal experiments nor by clinical observations.” MAC made another suggestion, or, as some might call it, an example of crossing the line that should never be crossed. MAC said: “The information sought is sufficiently important to justify the use of humans as experimental subjects.”

We don't know how far advanced some of these franken-scientists are with these transhumanism eugenics experiments. Especially those who worked with DARPA/Tavistock/Epstein/Gates funded R&D (and DARPA is intertwined w/CMU) and many others aside from unethical methods such as experimenting on human subjects going back to the Nazis of 30s-40s-50s...Rockefeller clan. I think part of their 'science' is to create a hybrid that can endure long space travel and live on other planets in an artificial 8th realm biosphere or whatever eventually replacing homo sapien sapien. Yep, as if the CIA hasn't been neck deep in UFO research all these years - have also noticed that during the current media hype there's never any mention of previous scientific studies (like Battelle) or official UFO investigations from other countries.

Also no mention of the Bolender memo which I suppose a lot of folks reckon refers to NORAD.. especially as they collect CIRVIS Military pilot UFO reports and lie about it to the public.

THE CIA'S MOST SECRET UFO COUNTERINTELLIGENCE PROJECT: The Condon Committee


When the U. S. Air Force, under Congressional pressure, appointed Dr. Edward U. Condon of the University of Colorado to head a purported "independent scientific study of UFOs" in 1966, it was the end result of the CIA secretly taking charge of UFO intelligence in late 1957, having gained control of "'scientific intelligence" within the intelligence community. Between 1958 and 1966, the Air Force had been stuck in the publicly humiliating position of having to pretend it was the U.S. government agency responsible for studying UFO sightings and related events for whatever intelligence could be obtained. But in reality it was the CIA that had wrestled control away from the USAF by proving to the National Security Council (NSC) that the Air Force had completely bungled the job and was incapable of handling it without covering itself in proverbial eggs..

In reality, Condon was chosen to head the UFO study in order to get the Air Force off the hook, the USAF being in the position whereby it had to pretend it was studying UFOs, while behind the scenes and in secret the CIA was conducting the real study. In point of fact, the CIA would utilize the Condon Committee to collect UFO intell, while at the same time promising the USAF it would ultimately debunk and dismiss UFOs, which was done in what became known as "The Condon Report."

In the end, the Condon Report, released in late 1969, was a classic example of CIA disinformation, for it not only dismissed UFOs but also called for the USAF to cease investigating them, no matter how concerned about UFO intrusions witnesses might be.

Thereafter, UFO intelligence became a matter for the CIA to secretly collect and analyze, even though in the fall of 1975 UFOs were buzzing USAF SAC B-52 bases and missile sites, hovering over and, in the Air Force's own words, "demonstrating a clear intent toward nuclear weapons."

But Fred Durant, author of the CIA's Robertson Panel Report in 1953, perceived the greatest danger of UFO activity was the public and news media attention given to them. Durant had outlined a program of debunking and downplaying UFOs in order to prevent what he called "a morbid national psychology," which might foster "a harmful distrust of duly constituted authority."

After Condon had buried the truth about UFOs with the study he headed and the report it generated, all designed to get the Air force off the hook and take UFO research underground where the CIA would answer to no-one, the public was only partly persuaded; but academia and politicians swallowed it like the proverbial hook, line, and sinker. Now, however, all manner of nonsense became part of the public forum on UFOs; but still, in spite of Fred Durant's gloomy predictions, America did not fall apart, the Soviet Union did.

The CIA's motto, borrowed from the Bible, says: "Know ye the truth, and the truth shall set ye free." Sadly, America has yet to be set free by learning the truth about UFOs being withheld by the CIA and other U. S. government agencies.

It states in the article that Dr. Condon had previously worked on the Manhattan Project and turns out that on March 1st, 1948 the House Committee on Un-American Activities issued a report which stated Dr Condon was..


"one of the weakest links in our atomic security.”


Condon was Oppenheimer’s assistant so also found it interesting that his passport was revoked just before an upcoming trip to the USSR in1945.

There's also a very intriguing statement below concerning Ivan T. Sanderson (who had close ties to British Naval Intelligence) which refers to Condon's 'unseen masters' and indicates they had him 'over a barrel'.

"According to Richard Hall, a former Bluebook chief (Robert Friend?) told him that during the late 1950's and early 1960's gun camera films of UFOS were being 'routinely' obtained during jet interceptor chases and sent to the CIA's 'National Photographic Interpretation Centre (NPIC) for analysis. The individual also stated that 'none of the analysis data in these cases has been released, nor has the existence of these films ever been acknowledged'..

From that point you've got a logical progression in British, Russian, American and German designs to modern looking flying wings.
The Yb-49 has a direct design lineage which goes all the way back to Jack Northrop glueing bits of laminated wood together in his shed.....no Nazis required.

Thought there was also some good info below from Project 1947's Jan Aldrich on many aspects of UFOs and Government.

Apparently the CIA received five copies of every UFO intelligence report which went through the Pentagon (and the NSA got three).

The U.S. Navy also sent the CIA three copies of every UFO intelligence report.
