There are multiple issues...

The fraud was real. Ignoring for sake of argument the possibility of systemic fraud with respect to the voting machines/software, was t here enough fraud to swing the election? Maybe. I think so. But...

The violations of the Constitution, with respect to State election beaurorats (Governors, SoS', rogue judges) changing election rules when the Constitution plainly and explicitly grants and limits this power to the State Legislatures, are huge, and disallowing all illegal votes that are a result of these changes will swing all of the swing states back to Trump.

End of the day? You mean end of the first 2 years. They didn't wrap their head around it until they realized the Mueller investigation was not gonna get them what they wanted. I don't have real proof that Russia stole an election, because there wasn't any. But that didn't stop the same people that are saying accept the results now, from screaming Russia for 2 years. I think the irony of that escapes you. In fact if I was to look at your post history I would bet you were screaming Russia, as well.

I also take note that you totally ignored the blatant Constitutional violations. Those, imo, are a slam dunk for the President, and should result in far more ballots thrown out to flip GA, WI, MI and PA back to Trump.

a) affidavits are actual evidence

b) evidence in support of or to prove the affidavits is not necessary to defeat a Motion to Dismiss. The reason for that can be found in that legal process known as 'Discovery'.
