You show your insecurities by trying to make people look small while massaging your ego.
I AM
Scottish, degree in psychology and a "photographic memory" via method of loci mnemonic technique.

So clearly you know FACK all

Belter.

You may think I'm splitting hairs but far from it......name me one real, actual thing they can implement or force?

And what other power is there other than government?
They can't enforce any policies on the British people at all.

They have no financial power as such.
Please don't make the mistake of thinking The Crown Estate belongs to The Royals, far from it.

Now I do believe they have influence, undue influence, and when Charles finally gets to sit on the throne we need to make sure he does not try to interfere in government.
Charles will have some big shoes to fill and he will want to create some sort of legacy for himself.
I think its fair to say he is quite passionate about what he believes and he strikes me as the type who thinks his position somehow means his opinion should carry more weight and should be given great consideration.

We must ensure that never, ever happens.

Try and carry out any transaction in a commonwealth country which doesn’t require the exchange of what is essentially paper adorned with the Queens head. That doesn’t strike you as an example of power?

Not at all.

They could have Mickey Mouse's head on it and as long as it was the national currency it'd still have the same buying power.

How does having someone's head on a note equate to power?

It's the national bank, or central bank, that prints the note that has the real power.
