ESCONDIDO — A 29-year-old Vista woman was seriously injured Monday morning when her pickup spun out across a rain-slick Escondido freeway and into the path of an oncoming big rig, authorities said.

It happened around 8:05 a.m. on north Interstate 15 near state Route 78, California Highway Patrol spokesman Officer Mark Latulippe said in a statement.

Chris Pappas, issued a statement Friday expressing condolences to the family of a man who contracted the norovirus and died — one of 18 PEOPLE who became ill after visiting the restaurant. However, questions remain as to why the news of the outbreak at their location wasn’t revealed until a month after the incident.

And Rep. Pappas continues to decline repeated requests for comment.

Some of those peeps think Trump is the one rattled because of his tweets. They don’t even get what’s happening.

I would think Haspel's best Qualification would be that she thinks she can reform, or "save" the agency. That's a good basis for a directorate in the post-Spy Gate Era. A noble cause, but I don't see it as viable. The only way is maybe if a complete C1A remake happens, and the Storm passes without a shot being fired. Because once things go hot, there's no going back to business-as-usual.

The information would be shared without a court order. The bill also gives the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, acting in his capacity as head of the Intelligence Community, enormous power to manage the collection and dissemination of intelligence information gathered in the U.S. This new authority supersedes existing guidelines issued to protect Americans from unwarranted surveillance by U.S. agencies such as the FBI.
