Do you still think Trump will win?

www.abovetopsecret.com...

I wrote the above post in April. Isn't it amazing how fast this spring and summer has gone by?

I made a prediction that Trump will lose and that Biden would win. I still 100% feel that way.
As I've said before, I'm not crazy about either of these men as president.

We have a little over a year before we vote, a lot can happen. We all know how fast that time will fly by.
I think about all the things that might hurt Trumps re-election
-China
-rust belt
-shooting by what is perceived as Trump supporters
-what is perceived as higher taxes and less refunds

Just like there were plenty of people that were voting for NOT Hillary, there will be people voting for NOT Trump.

He has my vote. I believe it will turn out a landslide despite democratic shenanigans.

Al Gore has announced his candidacy. If he is nominated by the Dems, that may be the best chance they have at winning the presidency. Trump is doing a good job but he could be doing better.

As far as I am concerned, my wages have been lowered since 2014. Also, opportunities have been very sparse. The Trump economy might be good for the blue collar crowd.

I honestly don't think anyone can predict a win for Trump or a loose for Trump, at least not at this stage.

Trumps last campaign clearly demonstrates that he speaks to a segment of the electorate that feel no other candidate represents them. They can't really be underestimated nor can Trumps ability on the campaign trail, I might regard Trump as an awful POTUS but I cannot deny that he is a master of the political campaign and I doubt that's gong to change any time soon.

So do I think he will win? I honestly don't know, he could win, he could lose but I am not confident enough either way to put money on it.

Yes.

I'm not changing my vote because of hysterical leftists trying to blame Trump for EVERYTHING. China is a bipartisan issue that even Chuck freakin Schumer is cheering the president on about it.

The Rustbelt has had issues for decades now. Seems to me like the people who have presided over these multigenerational issues want to walk away blameless while shifting the blame over to Trump who only arrived in the political scene to run for President.

People who rely on refunds are already not understanding how taxes work. It's not a freaking savings account.

Neither shooter was a Trump supporters and it doesn't matter. The media has been lying this entire time about Trump supporters and all of a sudden we are to believe that this time it actually is representative of the 60+ million people who voted for him.

Just like there were plenty of people that were voting for NOT Hillary, there will be people voting for NOT Trump.

The other option is open borders, gun control, acquiesce to China and Iran, and punish the American electorate for having dared depose them of power, however temporarily held. It's a line-up of nobles who believe themselves deserving of power and seem to be willing to say or do anything to get it.

Fake news. There is a petition circulating online that practically begs him to run. That and $6.50 will buy him a cup of coffee.

As a fairly liberal guy I'd vote for three Donald Trump(s) and a bucket of fried chicken before I'd ever vote for Mr. Tipper Gore and I will never forgive him for his unwavering support for a woman that thought she was the intellectual or moral equal of Frank Zappa.

Al Gore is the patron saint of lost causes.

Yes, Trump will still win in 2020.

But anything is possible.

I guess it'll depend on how well the democrats cheat in 2020.

He has a tough choice with the suburbs he needs vs the core he will piss off. With things like red flag laws or more magazine bans. But trump supporters so far have abandoned most other principles of the Republican party so it may slide fine.

Biden won't make it out of the primary as things stand. The radicals won't allow it. They'll rebel.

But Biden is the only one who stands a chance in the general.

Democrats are stuck between the radicals and the rest of their votes. They can't win without either side.
