Yeah and he's claiming all those credits as per the OP.

Funny thing is peoples attention span; given the right MSM spin it becomes a "nothing burger"

LOL! Deflection? You mean deflecting from Trump's multiple assault and rape accusations, the multiple time he talked about wanting to # his daughter, his open fantasizing about dating little girls when they come of age and his "rich white man's privilege" of being to able to grab women by the genitals?

Please! You guys are such hypocrites! The irony is shamefully thick and stinky in this thread.

Sigh, the point of this whole thread...what you seem to be missing here...is that Biden is getting ready to run in the Democrat Primary, where the electorate increasingly cares about leftist concepts like toxic masculinity, white privilege, the partiarchy, the mee-too movement...and relishes branding people with labels like racist, homophobe, masogynist, xenophobe, etc.

This is not at all about Trump. He was accused of all of these things, and more, during the Republican Primary...and won. He was painted with all of these brushes in the General Election...and won.

Biden will be judged, by Registered Democrats during the Primary, on all of these left-defined slights and sins. He can pretend to not be a sexist baffoon any more - and maybe he will actually fool a few people - but he can't smokescreen his way out of being (a) white, (b) male, (c) old,(d) so-called privileged, and (d) a capitalist.

Today's flavour of Democratic Activist/Voter/Pundit will not forgive him for these perceived sins.

Unlike Trump, Joe Biden has evolved and embraced the political adjustments that have taken place over the past decades, and that ability has kept him an active participant in the political arena for all these years.

Oh please, Biden has been all for the neo con wars, helped draft precursors to the Patriot Act, supported the 90’s crime bills. He’s no progressive, but instead is yet another establishment hack.

But, per usual, as long as one of these hacks, from Clinton to Biden and McCain, invokes the social justice statements of faith, or like Bush say something mean about Trump, all of their misdeeds are forgiven.

“Oh wait you say McCain was an evil war monger?! But but he SAID BAD things about Trump!!!”

It’s absurd.

Exactly, whatever way the political winds shift Biden will shift his position right along with them. What a leader.

Yes it is, and it's about holding Joe Biden and all would be presidential candidates, and in fact all Democrats, to a higher standard than the President, Donald Trump.

Trump's life is a misogynistic bubble of white male privilege. And, he has no intention of changing that.

Seriously? It's a photo OP. While I don't know if Trump is a true racist. Claims of his racist behavior are not unfounded.

His father was a proven racist and trump continued to enforce his father's racist policies while he was alive. Trump also would clear black employees off the floor of the casino for various reasons.

He's catered to racists his whole life. Yet, kissing a black kid erases all that?

There's all sorts of racists out there. Some are even attracted to black women and will be nice to kids. Yet, the underlying notion remains the same. Blacks or another race is inferior.

I don't care if he's the biggest racist there is. I care about what he does as President. So tell me, what racist policies has he pushed for and how have black people been harmed (especially intentionally) by his policies.

You are certainly entitled to your opinions about Trump, Biden, Booker, Beto or anybody else.

But this Op was not about Trump...it was about Biden and the Democrats. But feel free, all off-topic posts are fair game until a Moderator says otherwise I suppose.

Over and out

The only reason you authored this thread, airing your Joe Biden complaints, is because Joe Biden is about to announce his run against Donald Trump. Comparing your complaints about Biden against Donald Trump's behavior, and the right's acceptance of it, is totally valid and on topic.

None that I know of. I'm just saying that his past accusations of racism or sexual harassment are not unfounded.

No one is perfect and I hope trump does some good. To be honest, I bet most far left who call trump and supporters racist or w/e don't even know his history.

I don't think his past possible racism matters now. His actions should be criticized as president. Something both sides fail at. But that's politics..

So I guess our 60-70% population total (a majority by a very large margin) doesn't deserve to keep our culture in the country we built?

Ridiculous assertion on Biden's behalf

He will need to get over it.

No... it is about calling out his efforts to marginalize our 60-70% population majority. I guess we should just stand aside and let..what...15% of the country call the shots?

Sick of the racism against white people, and the sexism against men. Especially Straight White Men.

Well we are proud of who we are, proud of our people and proud to be among the "normal" group that doesn't need to air degeneracy all over the place to feel like Mommy's special little man.

What majority? The white majority?

I've got news for you, white isn't a culture.

Yes, it is... European ancestry. And We have created our own culture here in the States, WHICH ANYONE can become a part of. Nowadays, we just call it "American"

Not South American, not African, not Middle Eastern, not any other group but "AMERICAN" - I have zero interest or concern for those cultures. I am solely and exclusively concerned with AMERICAN CULTURE as the be all/end all concern

However, White people do make up the majority of this culture in the United States (by a large margin, in fact) so STOP trying to marginalize us, our concerns or our cultural/ethnic values. White Americans do not vote as a monolith (nor do any other bloc of voters), but that doesn't make our majority any less relevant.

And I've got even bigger news for you: I'm proud of being white, proud of my ancestry and proud of my ethnic group's contributions to the World and most importantly This Country

You will not silence us or shame us into being ashamed of being white. No matter how many head pecking, teeth gnashing, eye twitching, spit flying, red faced, knuckle clenching mostly-White-leftists try to make us feel guilty for who we are... not going to happen.

Stop trying to "liberal white woman'splain" to me

It says a lot about the Democratic Party that a guy named "Creepy Joe" is their current front-runner.

It says a lot about the Republican Party and the evangelicals who support him, that a guy who is an actual self admitted sexual assaulter, adulterer and daughter coveter, is their current political hero!

You mean all those folks we want to make a part of our grand American Culture? Yes, that sounds so disenfranchising doesn't it? Actually sounds a lot more "inclusive" than the identity politics pseudo-victimhood crap you all go with

Here's another bit of breaking news: There are no victims of slavery alive today. There are no perpetrated of slavery alive today either. So do feel free to elaborate on your point....

American supremacy, sure. White majority? Also sure... but again that is a function of simple mathematics and not any sort of "ideology"

And nationalism? Yes... so evil... an ideology that says ALL AMERICANS are superior to non-Americans sounds about right to me. Again.. *all* Americans.

Nice try though. Although....For somebody who supports "democracy" I find your position even more comical. You've done a great job marginalizing all of the Black and Hispanic nationalists out there who are every bit as part of the "American culture" as you or I
