BOO M! Federal Prosecutors Discover Altered Election Documents in Broward County Tied to Florida Democrats

Federal prosecutors in Florida are reviewing date changes on forms used to fix vote-by-mail ballots.

Feds discovered the dates were altered by the Florida Democrat party in four different counties, including Broward.

“Cure affidavits” are due by 5 PM the day before the election, however prosecutors have discovered these altered documents show the ballots could be turned in on Thursday, one day after the election.

Via Politico:

The Florida Department of State last week asked federal prosecutors to investigate dates that were changed on official state election documents, the first voting “irregularities” it has flagged in the wake of the 2018 elections.

So, uhm, eehhh.. yeah

About that whole "there is no election fraud occurring" that Democrats and their media lapdogs constantly spew out.

All elections need to be audited and reviewed in all states.

It should be that you vote online or on an app. You print out your votes on paper that you keep from a pdf as your record. And there needs to be a website where you can check your vote and dispute the vote if there's a change. We can do this people. We need to stop acting like we aren't in the future already. Cuz every times there's an election issue with flori-duh. There's paper involved.

They put the wrong date on an election notice. They didn't alter election documents. If anything they hurt their base by sending out info which could possibly make their vote not count.

Where does the OP say anything about altered votes? The story is about "Cure Affidavits" www.polkelections.com... printed with the wrong (late) date, in 4 counties.

If anything, deliberately making the affidavits late puts all the mail in ballots in those counties at risk of not being counted. That would benefit the Republicans in Democratic counties, like Brower, not the Democrats.

What has worked for centuries is now outdated because of the advent of computers??!!

Like I said, convenience trumps rationality every time.

But I'll bite....these disputed voting changes on your proposed website, who exactly resolves such disputes? Or let's take it a step further, will there be new legislation enacted in order to sue for tampering? What if an entire swath of the population suddenly decides to switch their vote by claiming the original vote was tampered with?

Can you imagine the lawsuits that would choke the courts? An anarchist wet dream right there..

We can agree there, enough could vote online, and set up kiosks that would be needed for those without access, on election day. Tabulation would be instantaneous, still its got a ways to go on security etc. But its got to be better than the current process

I'm certain that constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.

Elections are a feel good fraud on the public. No mater who wins, our votes don't mater. This is just one reason I don't even bother any more.

It's almost funny they bothered to do a study about that. More depressing than funny, but nonetheless it seems obvious.

Our votes don't matter, they create votes to cancel them out anyway unless our vote matches what the voting place wants them to match. Then our vote counts.

A quick note on a related topic.

A federal judge in Georgia dismissed all of Abrams legal motions (recounts, runoff election, counting illegals / people not eligible to vote/people who voted in wrong county etc).

Georgia election for Governor is now over with.

Your article is from Nov 10th.

It is the 14th. In addition to the ballot tampering investigators also located 12 cut tags outside the SOE office (used to secure ballot boxes for chain of custody). A ballot counting machine was mysteriously located hidden in a service area at one of the schools used as a polling location. 2 boxes of provisional ballots were located in the back of an avis rental car at Ft. Lauderdale airport, resulting in a "bomb threat" being called in to force an evacuation of part of the airport and the ability to shut down al roads into the airport.

AG Bondi already sent warning letters to the SoS office and the Florida department of law enforcement. The letter to law enforcement was a directive to investigate. She then contacted the Feds and requested they investigate as well because of the responses from the SoS and Law Enforcement.

Voting, when using provisional / absentee / what have you are official affidavits and cannot be altered (including correcting information). Especially when its being done by people who are, by law, not supposed to be involved in the canvassing portion. Snipes and her staff took it upon themselves to do it, in violation of state and federal election laws but also in violation of court order. The SoE for Palm Beach county also ignored the court order for the mess she created as well.

Snipes said yesterday that it's "time for me to move on." That's how guilty people let authorities know that there's no need to come after them.
