Israel already does on a gigantic scale (desalination plants) apparently they solved a few of the previous problems with the process making it more efficient.

Tornados make hail all the time. I spun off the road in Kansas City after hitting 2 feet of it. That was June or so. It's like being in an ANTIFA riot.

Govt. of Italy ordered the military to orchestrate the bad weather all across the country the same way they did orchestrate earthquakes a few years back in order to extort money from the EU for their secret services.

Money will not end to repairs and prevention of natural disasters, rather will go to the Italian secret services and their migrant horde !

The EU economy is going to pay for the EU military playing around with weather manipulations ... They think it's funny to overheat Northern Europe to 40-45C , but the bill will come with agriculture in the coming months. Especially related to Olive oil, Wine and other autumn agricultural products, and even summer fruit products !
