Anytime there is a chance of bleeding , the procedure was invasive..

I had an endoscopy a few months ago. Boy did I regret that. They took tissue samples and my gut has felt violated ever since.

In the US , anything that is internal (especially a tube) is considered invasive.

He lost it. Melania probably said something snide about something and he just clocked her, kicked in the back when she was down. I've seen it many times. She probably had facial contusions too.
