Otherwise, if Paddock was just mentally troubled millionaire with no sponsor/trainer, there are millions of citizens who fit his profile.

I am not sure which is scarier......that ISIS could recruit this supposedly halfway normal, casino loving old guy or there are millions like him running around out there.

Plus, we can certainly speculate that there is camera evidence showing Paddock's multiple entries and carrying in of luggage. Why are we not hearing how he did it?

Here he is, 64, paunchy, a gambling addict, a loner, wealthy.... I can't begin to imagine how this went down...if true.

If true, then ISIS is recruiting from the domestic population terrorists that will not raise suspicion.

That could make thwarting possible future attacks virtually impossible.

Worse if there were as some have speculated others involved in the Vegas attack and got away, vanished, not on anyone's radar...

A few years ago, I read an article warning that ISIS was doing exactly that: trying to recruit people who were not Arabic, and thus wouldn't be conspicuous in Western society.

We do know. He brought them up in ten suitcases. That was revealed in one of the first press conferences.

There was something that was leaked on 4chan Tuesday October 3, 2017 less than an hour before that days final briefing by the LVMPD.
The anonymous person who posted it, leaked information for the LVMPD about the motive and what happened. The person announced the briefing was coming up in 30-35 minutes and to watch it because some things that will be talked about will be enough to verify the leak is legit.
People kept trashing the poster demanding proof and because of the situation they are in will drop "breadcrumbs" during the briefing.
I watched the briefing twice now, you could say "breadcrumbs" we're dropped and the more mature people on the board think it was a legit, I guess you could say "whistleblower" they use the term LARP on that site. Now I know it's 4chan. I don't know much about the site, but apparently if you want to leak something to the public without anybody knowing who leaked it, 4chan is the site for that.
What the LARP said actually happened that night, makes way more sense than ANYTHING the main stream media is saying.
It involves the FBI, Paddock working undercover running guns to ISIS for the FBI and it turned bad when ISIS found out Paddock was working for the FBI. The person that leaked this said Paddock was killed before the first shots by ISIS guys he was meeting. ISIS supposedly shot everybody that night and got away. If true this explains the multiple shooters, simultaneous gun fire from several different locations. I think this is the truth. But I also think the FBI planned for it to go this way but are pretending it was a botched arms deal to the face of the LVMPD. The LVMPD are very mad because the FBI won't allow the local law enforcement to let the public know because it implicates the FBI and Americans can't know ISIS got away and are running around America armed.When you watch those briefing with the blonde haired younger sheriff, you can tell he knows something. He seems very mad and after a situation like what happened that night, people in his position would show more grief. Something is on that guys mind.
Before anybody dismisses this as nonsense, remember the Mohamed cartoon drawing competition in Texas a few years back where 3 half assed ISIS guys pulled up outside and shot a cop in the leg but the cop ended up killing both of them? The FBI was watching that place all day down the block in a car, when the ISIS got out, the FBI sped around them and took off but got pulled over by police not knowing he was FBI.

To find that archived LVMPD leak on 4chan search "LVMPD 4chan leak" then I'd suggest going to YouTube and find the LVMPD YouTube page, find the final briefing for Tuesday October 3, 2017...I think the video is like 17-18 minutes long but you'll see the day it was uploaded.
This version answers way more questions than FOX news story. From those rifles being full auto WHICH THEY WERE and the bumper stock is made up so they don't have to tell the public that they were full auto. People would ask questions about that.
The security guard that was shot trying to get to the shooter is a lie. Australian citizens witnessed a cop shoot him.
It explains how paddock got his wealth, running guns and using gambling as cover.
How many times have the FBI armed people with fame bombs and other nonsense and then when the person they convinced to commit an act of terror the FBI busted them and then praised themselves.
Once again I'm sorry for not linking to this stuff. Now if you're the type of person who absolutely thinks a lone wolf did all this and nothing about the story they are giving makes you ask any questions, if you have not seen the other footage on youtube, the witness accounts and your content with the lies the main stream media is spewing, just go away.

Read what the LVMPD source said then find the briefing on youtube and watch that and decide if you noticed the breadcrumbs.

The sad part is, I won't be the least bit surprised if that turns out to be true. This is really looking like the same old Fast & Furious bull#; they never learn.

Many of these posts about the shooter start out great. They begin with interesting concepts and speculation, all of the fun CT stuff most of us enjoy. Just when the conversation gets moving, someone ALWAYS comes in with some irrelevant and off topic comment and we have to wade through post after post of "he's far right" "he's far left" "he's NRA" "he's anti Trump". Then we have to sift through the "you're in denial" "where's your link" "still waiting for your link" "I'm right, you're wrong" "all you Trumpeters" "all you leftist's" we all know the usual suspects are from both sides. The same handful of members do this on EVERY FREAKING POST no matter the topic. We get it, really we do. We know how much you hate the left, we know how much you hate the right. We've known for months because you have make some snarky comment on every post on ATS. Sure it was funny at one point, but now it's just sad. Can you all please just chill with this political crap? Pretty please?

So far NOBODY here KNOWS who or what Paddock's motive or affiliations are.... NOBODY. We can all speculate, talk conspiracy theories, we can play the left-right game when referencing the shooter, but let's not pull that crap on each other. Is that too much to ask?

I have a proposal for everyone here. Can we, for the time being, come up with a general term for this guy until we have a confirmation on who or what he actually is?

First of all, it's not "sketchy info." The man was a Trump campaign official and respected in my old home state of Massachusetts.

Read the article, why don't you? He was sent, by the White House, information stating that the Las Vegas shooter was part of ISIS.

So, on Twitter, he let people know what was in his possession.

It seems to me you're sitting around waiting for the "official story" to come out, which is really typical of a liberal....always waiting for the government to tell you how it is.

But the truth is, we don't do that here at ATS because a lot of us don't trust the government for a million and two reasons.

You can believe that Oswald shot Kennedy as the lone shooter, that 9/11 was carried out by a group of Muslim extremists -you can believe whatever you want.

It's a free world.

But please don't stop the rest of us from having the freedom and the gumption to look beyond what our extremely screwed up government is telling us.

We're free to speculate all we want. And thank god we do. So many discussions here have turned out to be truth over the nearly 9 years I've been here.

Some of these members drive me nuts. We can't even bring up any possibilities without people jumping down our posts.

What if I said, "The shooters dog made him do it?"

So what? I'm just asking people to play with that possibility, to engage in an idea no matter what it is. That's the fun of being here. That's actually how crimes are solved.

We're being creative, maybe sometimes way out there...but we're doing what we do.

No one is saying "THIS IS EXACTLY what happened!!"

We're just engaging in ideas.

People need to watch the LVPD press briefing. It sure seems like the guy (sheriff Lombardo) is super nervous and seems like he is missing a lot of info which he should know, makes speculations (seems to be fitting narrative to meet their designs), and is being silenced about some important things (some say that Paddock was well known to LVPD and most hotels as he conducted business there, not gambling - that LVPD was aware of gov op's involving Paddock in the past - but sheriff can't release this info).

I'd watch this interview and then watch it at 1.25 speed (use Youtube controls). Watch the reactions of the FBI guy. They are much more revealing and obvious at this speed for some reason and it paints a different story. Watching at this speed makes reactions seem more pronounced and easier to catch - relate them to what is being said and see what you think.

The speculation is the best part.

It's possible his dog told him to do it. But it really depends on what type of dog he has.

Dogs from the working group tend to lean right. They don't appreciate having to work in the fields all day herding sheep, then coming home and having to share their food to the chihuahua that dug under the backyard fence.

If it was a German Shepherd, well that racist Nazi dog would of had him shoot up a different venue. Greyhounds would laydown during the National Anthem before a race, protesting the K9 units for abuse during arrests. #BlackLabsMatter

Yeah, we won't be seeing any meaningful videos.

Logic says, unless it's junk equipment that breaks constantly, They would fix it since it might point to up coming criminal activity.

I looked into the lock system there but couldn't find any real in depth data. But given they knew one of the doors was left open, I wouldn't be surprised if every open and close is logged. Timelox installed a system around 2008, IIRC.

That might be some real interesting info in this investigation.
