Black Friday represents exactly what I think would take place in a real SHTF scenario. Much worse, of course and for the first few months, lots of viral videos.

It is eerie watching these types of behavior. Over toys, toilet paper, and flat-screen TV's. Over consumable, throw away junk.

Like watching a prelude to disaster.

Does anyone besides me see the similarity between Black Friday and the Purge movies? This is how I think of this day.

Yeesh. Yeah, I have yet to ever participate in the madness, and every year we get good reminders as to why.

I (accidentally! I swear!) slept through Black Friday. I highly recommend it. :p

All I want for Christmas (and Holidays of all kinds) this year is peace, fellowship, health, and maybe some lights. The "feeling" of the Holidays is my favorite part. Huddled together in cold weather with flickering lights (whether real or artificial.) That's the Holiday season to me.
