That plane could be any where by now even more than 4 hours away. It could of landed some where and refueled we need to be checking all these avenues and not assume it has crashed.

There could be a big reason for conflicting reports off officials too for the reason to cause confusion to the hi jackers.
Like playing Checkers really.

Chances are negotiations with the hijackers have been going on for days...

The secrecy is all about governments not negotiating with terrorists...

How many times are these bufoons going to change the story.

This has gone from intresting to boring in a short period of time.

Andaman's and Indian navy base..

had to give you a star for that. Now they definitively know the direction? The India Ocean thing is the simple answer for them to dispose of the issue for now. It's that simple.

Bilk, even a broken clock's right TWICE a day...

If you throw enough rocks at a window you'll hit it....

Its like playing batteships, they're firing at coordinates one at a time hoping they'll hit it because really they havn't got a damn clue where it is...

Well the first part is 100% correct
The last part? Well I don't believe they are that incompetent
Someone else pointed out what should be obvious to us all - that part of the world is under a microscope 24/7. They can see a new pimple develop on a terrorist/enemy in real time. So for them to play this Keystone cop routine, is really ridiculous.

Exactly Bilk, we all this this game they're playing is for our benefit...They think we're stupid and we can't understand the complexities of a seach and rescue...

But with the area under satelite observation 24/7 i WILL NOT believe the powers that be can't find the aircraft.

The question i started to ask 36 hours after the plane disappeared is what or who is on that plane that they can't or wont find it.

it's not incompetence, its buying time for someone...

The passengers include at least two persons who were traveling with fake documentation, supposedly asylum seekers headed for pastures new, and twenty or so technical specialists who may have been contracted to the US government research and development groups, aiming to create some sort of cloaking system for the military.

.

Why would 20 specialists of the U. S. military involved in a very "black" project be on a flight from Malaysia to China? Doesn't make sense.

Reading between the lines, SOMETHING is going on, and that is all one can say for sure. What, how, and who is responsible however, remain a mystery, and there is nothing quite as intriguing as a mystery!

I'm gong to do with this incident as i did with the Russians in Crimea, it's time to take a step back and look at the big picture.

What else is happening in the world thats needs attenetion drawing from it..?

I said the same with Crimea, theres so much talk yet nothing. Putin and Europe screaming at each other like a pair of handbags shouting "I saw him first"..why, because it's theatre and serving for something else.

What is or could be so important that they're going to all this trouble...

In this day and age you can't keep anything quite..if they were negociating we'd have known about it days ago...

That is rather my point. Where is all this junk data coming from, and who is spreading it? What is the purpose of applying significant disinformation efforts to this matter? Who stands to benefit from this confusion, and why? I am not offering a theory at this point, because although there is an awful lot of data available, much of it is unreliable. What I am saying is, that this case is interesting because of the sheer amount of disinformation being spread about it.

For many, it will only deepen their confusion. However, the one thing that such efforts prove, to me at least, is that something of great significance either happened, or is happening, with that plane, and it's passenger and crew compliment, or in the area which is being searched.

how long does an runway has to be just for landing an 777 ....ignore an take off distance...

The Boeing 777-300, at MTOW (Maximum Takeoff Weight), needs a runway that is 11,200 ft long; at MLW (Maximum Landing Weight), needs a runway that is 8,100 ft long.

planes.findthebest.com...

good points, but I think someone in the military with sophisticated training could land it much quicker!

Maybe , just maybe...im just saying, you know...maybe...you know..the Malayans..are, ...well..incompetent.
Maybe they couldn't find their arse with both hands and the plane just went down...

Interesting........

I looked up the Andaman islands in wikipedia and then clicked on a link to some Burmese owned islands in that chain called the Coco Islands. Looking at the page......there's some debate about a Chinese Signals Intelligence base there. Coincidence or not ?

en.wikipedia.org...

and an interesting article about the base here in a burmese news site.

www.burmanet.org...

interesting addition to the plot I think.

Another plot to add to the now long long list -

China may have blocked or taken over the plane by remote control, hence the switching off of the transporters 9/11 style..and then maybe not.

An intresting sideline...Malaysian Airlines are financially up to their necks...

"The airline's losses ballooned by 171 percent in 2013 to 1.17 billion ringgit from a loss of 431 million ringgit in 2012 and it was already forecasting a tough 2014 thanks to competition from low cost carriers that forced it to cut prices."

Anyone been buying PUT OPTIONS, like before 9/11...

I wonder how much the insurance pay out on a 777 full of passengers...depending on the reason it went down of course...

you cannot land a plane in coco islands + you'd have to turn around all andaman air space to avoid confrontation with indian army which means flying over burma to get there so it doesn't make sense because if it's china/burma operation they might as well land the plane in burma where they have plenty of military airports instead of a deserted island so close to india (you can see coco islands from top of north andaman on a clear day - saw them from a boat)

I totally agree about not maligning the Malaysians at this point.

Here's a fact to shed light on that viewpoint:

The Malaysians knew the FIRST day that some plane had made a U-Turn and headed west. But they didn't WHICH plane. They suspected MH330, but until other radar further collaborated this, they couldn't be sure.

They sent an aircraft out to the west that FIRST day to look. It's not like they ignored it.

What if the pilots take the plane? is that still classed as a Hijacking?

My theory has been from the start that it landed in Maldives. There are 3 airports that can handle that plane there both landing and takeoff. Hangar was pre built and once landed it was taxi'd to the hangar. Passengers were all killed in air with a decompression of the plane by the hijackers which is why no calls/texts were made. Would have been done when most passengers were sleeping as they would be on a flight at this hour. Hijackers had oxygen so were unaffected. Maldives has PLENTY of ties to Iran and extremists and political ties. Malaysian Air regularly flies to Maldives so their plane landing there would not have thrown up any warnings, plus it would have landed in very early morning hours and had cover of dark to help. Passengers/cargo are dumped and bomb loaded for second phase of plan.

Crazy, but sticking with it.

maldives economy relies entirely on tourism from western people, i don't see where would be their profit in this (while risking most of their population income... )

As far as I know extremists don't care about profit. The extremists there are not in it for tourism and could care less.
