Last I heard very well indeed thank you.

We're out of touch at the moment, It's exam season until the end of May, so I've said I'll leave it up to them to get in touch when and if they have time. Revision is all important especially for my daughter. It was bad enough with the pilot testing being thrown in but a least we got to talk briefly.

The last thing they need is me on their minds at the moment, I send the odd message of support with "No need to reply just know I love you etc.

I've waited this bloody long another month won't make a difference, but bull in a china shop may effect their results and I'd hate to do that.

That is funny! I'm going to have to look more on the YT. I love me a good practical joke. Everytime I swing by my old unit, I pull pranks all over the place. Switching all the keys around on their keyboards, if they have left their military ID's unsecured I draw sunglasses, long-hair goatees etc on them. Etc, etc...

One guy is still finding the Green Bay Packer confetti I made and scattered about four years later, in boots, gloves, his files, I even water marked a bunch of blank paper and scattered them around in other bundles, so when he prints a report three pages in their is a Green Bay Logo. etc, etc. He hates the Packers.

You're a great Dad it seems to me, you learn from your mistakes. My Dad, though I love him dearly, never did. If he perceives I have a problem that doesn't fit with his world view, he locks on it like a heat seeking missile. So, because I love him, I tend to lie from time to time to keep his mind at ease.

ETA: And it isn't my toothy woofy! It's my Toofus!

I bought them teddy bears from the bear shop, must 10 or 12 years ago now, we had a great time picking out bears and outfits etc, I left a recorded message in the bear's tummy's. Press the tummy and it says, "Just remember no matter what happens, I love you, sweet dreams and if you get scared my angel will always be sat on your pillow" Cody jnr confided (He'd kill me if knew I'd posted this) Sometimes dad I still sleep with it.

That's our secret ATS and I hold you all to it all 300,000ish of you.

Hehe, I love it!

I was in detention in school (surprise surprise) and happened to find myself alone with detention slips and rubber stamps. BEST. DAY. EVER!!!

I think I must have chuckled solid for about a month. Even just thinking about it I'm grinning like a Cheshire cat.

Wahhh! I'm jealous of your upcoming gathering!
On the May 24 weekend, I'm going to an engagement party/dance with my daughters & their partners. We haven't all socialized together for a while, so I'm going to have at least TWO drinks, lol. One to toast our evening together, and one to toast my family gathering that I can't attend.
Then I will likely pass out.
