The Jerusalem videos were impressive, to say the least. But were there ever any on-site accounts or videos ever taken or given of this? It looks as if the city is still very active at the time.

The flash before the exit is probably the most telling example of whatever it is beginning its exit acceleration.

Well there's both Battle of LA and Roswell, and the Foo Fighters... i know its not necessarily footage but jesus the military stated a disc crashed and they recovered a body with roswell and in battle LA they shot the hell out of...Another weather ballon? You know what I'm just gonna post this... no matter how good the footage is it will be called fake.

Why Roswell? That one's a dead horse. I was never interested in it, to be honest. Something strange may have happened, but I doubt it was aliens.

this video is always my favorite...the reason why is you have something changing direction in space rapidly. You can't do that in space unless you meant to move....it also looks as something is being shot at it...even if that part is out...its still cool to see an object move rapidly in a new direction...add in the shot and you feel like it was trying to dodge a projectile.

I've two different pieces of UFO footage and one local newspaper story . The two videos which one is in youtube for six years now and one never showed before its on my video 8 camera I never had the chance to convert it and I never will because of al disbelievers its my personal conformation and the UFO took control over me the minute I saw it .. I sort of unaware made a woosh noice when it passed. Later I played it back and noticed that I made the woosh noice very strange and beautiful. It was a very small object and it flew very fast between the trees on a vacation trip.

I've found examples of stuff of significant interest lost among the stories, and the potential for even MORE interesting stuff is REAL, but so far no effective ways of filtering it out have been developed. More attention from more specialists could help but they are generally turned off by the wilder promoters, media treatment, and agenda-driven hoaxing.

In space, ANYTHING unusual is a potential indicator of threat to vehicle and crew, and gets prompt attention in Mission Control [where I worked for two decades].

That's why I know the 'space videos' so far are pretty prosaic, including the STS-48 zig-zagger linked just above.

And I knew and worked with Cady Coleman, who made a silly joke about a crewman that wound up embarrassing her. But no "UFO".

No question it's weird and unearthly, and sure deserves to be high on this list. But when you're familiar with spaceflight operations, and track down the contextual documentation, it has a straightforward and non-alien explanation, as I explain at www.jamesoberg.com/ufo.html. Very good statement and difficult to argue with, the UFO subject is saturated with complete crap and it hinders proper investigation into the real strange stuff.

Thanks. I've found plenty of sincere and dedicated enthusiasts hereabouts who have provided unique information and critiques and been a major enabler of some ground-breaking research I'm involved with. They have also led me to modify a number of my too-superficial judgments, and motivated me to produce better explanatory material on the 'space UFOs' like my "99 FAQs" on my home page. I think I've benefited enormously from interacting with them, and will continue to do so.

Thanks for the thorough explanation. The first two STS-48 links gave me 404 errors, but three of the other four STS-48 links work. The 4th may work too but since it's a 12mb file and the "STS-48 Data Files show prosaic nature of zig-zag space dot" was more than adequate, I didn't try it. You've got an amazing amount of detail in there.

I'm surprised anybody did mention them. Many don't think they show UFOs at all, as the threads about them on ATS indicate, but rather, OFOTW (Objects floating on the water ).

Starred and flagged...I'm not sure what ever happened with this video but i always thought that they were of high strangeness...it gave me the creeps the first time i watched this.

So much time, so many fakes..

I've yet to see what I can say is 100% (for me) great video, I've see shed loads of stuff you can pick apart if you have a bit of 3D Modelling and After Effects knowledge but never the real good stuff.

Until one sets down over a main city and stays there with army and media focusing on it then I take all the video's with a pinch of salt. To be honest most of the CG ones annoy me because of how poorly they are done, the makers forget people analyse frame by frame, we look for poly tear, inverted polys and poor compositing, we look for light mismatch and alternate light sources, we pay attention to the focusing in comparison to other items on screen and we look for poor article tracking, basically we examine every angle and there's too much knowledge on here for them to get past all of us.

Anything short of Hollywood quality gets sussed real quick...Simple lit objects following spline paths don't cut it now lads..(and ladies)

Why do they bother putting out poor quality fakes, there's no cred in it for them..

Just like the morons who still run around in Ape party costumes and declare its big foot...Get a life..

As I said earlier in the thread.
The third and fourth videos on the Jerusalem UFO have been proven hoaxes but no one has come up with any proof that the first two were hoaxed.

I`d love to see the proof but none has come forward.
