well, the oldest is a senior at Texas Tech. He needs to be productive, not come home to visit. LOL.

The wife is an overnight nurse, and sleeps all day. So it was just me and the 16 year old. But we are two peas in a pod. We have always been very close.

We got a cool chair for his office (the one with the lights pictured a few pages back).

Unofficial entry....still saving that last one for a special entry.

I figure we need to pay homage to the most famous Australian, Arnold Schwarzenegger

His accent is a bit strange for an Aussie, but whatever.

That is a mortal insult to every Aussie that has ever lived.

He is originally from Austria which is not a part of Australia. You may be getting confused by Tasmania which is about the size of Austria.

Austria is like Bavaria. These sorts of places are in Europe which is next to Asia on your half of the globe.

I think Arnie is an insult to everyone!

I have Austrian relatives and they can't stand him either.

The thing is, there are only 3 austrians that I can really think of that have gotten any kind of international fame. One locked his daughters in a basement and was arrested before. THen there is Hitler. Then Arnie. I figured, of the 3 Arnie would be the only one not insulting enough for an Australian to have a chance to get the joke.

Which is even funnier because it is more of a jab at people who are really bad at geography (i.e., prototypical American)

I got the joke my friend

Just couldn't resist the jibe and that image struck me as perfect

Glad you had a good day with the boy, I spend almost all my time at home in an office chair in my living room playing with PS and surfing around.

It's like a second skin so it has to be a good one

Today is mine and the beautiful wifes 20th anniversary. she will still sleep most of the day, but Ill have a special meal made for when she gets up this evening.

Im going to spend my day hanging with the boy, watching the NFL playoff games. And maybe work on some reports for work. Excel, for me, is another creative outlet.

It comes across that you are both still very much in love, even after 20 years.

Maybe even more so than at first but I didn't know you back then, from giddy kids sailing the heights to a couple that have become soul mates.

My hearty congratulations to you both BFFT.

I only wish I could deliver this in person and for real

Sometimes coming home to visit helps to remind him why he wants to be productive!

You and your pea ARE important, THAT time together... that is what you cherish.

The days when it was just me and my little pea, yeah... some of the best memories ever
