Many thanks

Night I'll admit there were moments of doubt here, I was frightened I wouldn't see my little princess get married or ever hold my grand kids.

Got soooooooooooo much planned, you should have
seen Mrs C's face when I said "How would you like to meet your stepchildren ?"
She beamed smile that would have melted even the
coldest of hearts.

Thanks for asking BO

Very much so, we are in regular phone contact, both talk and text.

I pick up my daughter and son from the airport on 21st July for 2 weeks. Between us we have planned what they want to do and where they want to go etc.

To be excruciatingly honest there was moment last week when we spoke (we've been avoiding the word Dad). I told her her that to call me by my name is not a problem, if Dad is too hard to say, call me Tony, or Cody. The relief in her voice was palpable.

We plan on going to visit my folks and my sis in the New Forest and then some surfing and sight seeing in Cornwall my birthplace, we'll no doubt go to the Eden project,Tintagel and Clovelly whilst there.

Then we plan on a few days back at home and visiting London, the first few days doing the whole tourist bit and the last one showing them the 'real' London.

At the end of the last call she said thanks Dad...............................DAD. May have been a slip but it was still amazing to hear.

Can you tell that I'm excited ?

I'll post a pic of us together when I can

And now I'm going to be late for work LOL.

Thanks again for asking

The Eden Proj is one thing I'd like to visit. LOL.

Again my thanks

This reunion is geared very much around what the kids want to do, I want it to be a memory for life. Luckily Mrs C and I enjoy the same things as the kids.

Except I'm a better surfer !! *ducks*.

I promise that after the visit or maybe even during I'll post updates.

And the Eden project is amazing, well worth a visit, I'd recommend if you do get to visit, try to go on their website and coincide with a concert. Take a picnic and make a day of it.

Hi Night

I'm not counting any chickens yet my friend

It could have easily been a slip of tongue, we'll see. Tonight England play soccer in a very important match in the world cup, both my kids love the game and the texts will be going back and forth all night. It's heaven on earth

Will eagerly look forward to your update.

Prayer for your time together that it results in enriching deeply bonding dialogues and shared laughter.

Yeah, getting to the UK would be a first step to seeing the Eden Project. LOL. I have been to their website many times.

Blessings,

Thanks BO XIAN

You asked for an update and here it is my friend.

I leave for the airport to collect my kids in half an hour
The airport is about 15 minutes from me this time of night. So expect to be home within the hour.

I'm nervous as hell but it's a happy nervousness, events in Israel have helped bring us closer together, and I think I might hold them just a little bit closer and little bit longer than intend. But hey I'm a dad I'm allowed to

I know the day or 2 may be a bit weird and awkward, but I'm ready for that.

Tomorrow I'm taking them into London as an ice breaker .................................... May the fun begin.
