But this is a forum where we try to employ the scientific process: ideas are questioned, rigorously, to determine how strong and valid they are, and some, perforce, must be rejected when they do not stand up to scrutiny.

It's not a site where people just accept whatever they are told, without question. There are other forums for that!

Seems to be a huge waste of time and money with no real results.

The stars are actually fake. So is the sun. And the Earth is actually linear and infinite. I can prove it too. Start walking, if you don't ever fall off the end, I have proved that the Earth is linear and infinite.
