Remember how in 02 Russia flew over the U.S. Carrier Group, and FAXED in the pictures directly to the Carrier's Admiral's office,
No, care to provide a valid source for that claim?
Do I need to show Youtube video of Iran's videoing of the U.S. Carrier,
Please do.... Hey, I have pictures of a US carrier also, what is the significance of that?edit on 5-9-2013 by hellobruce because: (no reason given)

Russia has been overflying our Carriers for the last few years. Nothing ever came of it though.
Some of the jets on deck are clearly F-4 Phantoms from the angled tails, this is just some video taken from a helicopter in the 1980's by from idiot navy guy with a camcorder. Very poor trolling Iran lol.

Slava, the Russian cruiser, didn't steam to the destination, because of its enormous firepower, but because of its updated and very sophisticated detection gear. Russians agreed on providing Assad with the best possible information about the expected missile attack - about its tactical aspects. It's sort of a similar situation as it existed during the Falklands war waged between the UK and Argentina where US military intelligence supplied data gathered by the network of US spy satellites to the British military.

So why would Russia be sending SSBN's - who do they plan to nuke?
Putin really wants a war by the sound of it!

Huh?
Russia really wants to defend an ally from a rabid, dying AGGRESSOR nation. I don't no how anything could be more clear.

If you stand back and look at all of this like a chess board, you will realize that Russia has EVERYTHING to gain by striking us. I truely believe that Putin is only waiting for an excuse, and Obama seems determined to give him one.
Striking us will inevitably put Russia back on top as the worlds superpower.
They have worked hard since the end of the cold war. Rebuilding their nation, their army, their economy. Russia is strong and ready to be back on top.
I do not believe the UN and their "laws" will last long once this starts. I think they all tried it out and found they do not like it one bit.
None of them can stand the US's government. AND neither can the citizens of the US. This wouldnt just start WW3, which would end quickly. It would start civil war like chaos here. Not to mention, we do not have the money to fund a war, let alone survive one. We sure as hell dont have a country full of passionate fighters like we once had.
Russia has already created a new world currency and has taken it to the other countries. The moment he knocks the US down a peg or two he can start that up and we are done for.edit on 5-9-2013 by mrsdudara because: (no reason given)

I can assure you that the russian military satellites, like the Molniya-1 and 2, will handle that task without any problems. You do not move large cruisers fregats and destroyers to do the job of a late gen military comsat.

The Molniya are communication satellites, not spy or elint satellites....
