And you are what? Spreading fear and doom? Why bother with this #? If you don't get scared it can't harm you, can it? There are more important things going on, then some stupid theoretical play, that wouldn't work, if people could just accept reality. Besides if something like this would go on, the people orchestrating it wouldn't be the ones you and me would expect, so it's futile. Just have a nice day instead.

Do you have any further information on the Wernher von Braun threat sequence as it relates to asteroids and E.T.

I'm posting the news headlines for 'asteroid threat' , and information on the von Braun prophecy and the Book of Revelations asteroid threat. What I am posting does not rise to the level of doom porn.... but if you wait a few more years the media will do all that it can to spread the asteroid doom porn...

The mainstream media has been spreading doom porn for decades, the media has been responsible for, 1. Communism is gonna take over the world. 2. Terrorism is increasing in all democratic countries 3. Rogue nations pose a threat to freedom and democracy because they harbor terrorists. 4. Asteroids pose an existential threat to humanity 5. E.T. will be the fifth threat.

All of these things are in sequence. That's why we are currently in asteroids. Have a nice day

I thuroughly enjoy your posts and insight you provide to this forum. Secondly, if you look at this objectively - Do you think Carol Rosin would have any particular motives for lying about all of this? Personally, I have to think von Braun had to give her some insight that would influence her to release his death bed info.

Thanks for the bump.

Carol Rosin, made a videotaped statement at the Disclosure Conference. She stated for the record that she would testify to everything she had said before Congress if asked to do so. She has not been asked to do so. Apparently she had kept the threat sequence to herself during the 1977-2001 time frame. Her video tape at the Disclosure conference is the earliest known version of the Wernher von Braun threat sequence that I am aware of.

In May 2001, Greer held a press conference at the National Press Club in D.C that featured "20 retired Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration and intelligence officers" Source wiki en.wikipedia.org...

What would be her motives? Perhaps she is telling the truth about her experience working with von Braun and there is no ulterior motive in her presentation.

I also realize how appearances can be deceiving. I understand how people would poke at her credentials if it needs to be done. Yes, she could be a Manchurian Candidate programmed by the CIA to release 'kooky' information to a 'kooky' audience.

Her testimony at the Disclosure Conference on May 2001 is now 13 years on the record. Who has debunked her? Nobody.
The facts of the last 13 years on the record show that Terrorism/Rogue Nations were significant during the last decade and a half.

Nobody disputes that terrorism/rogue nations have been preeminent in the news media headlines for the last 13 years.

Now.........

the next card is................

the Asteroid threat. And she nailed it. 13 years ago this month she nailed it good. The media headlines since the Chelyabinsk event bear this out. The NASA asteroid initiatives bear this out.

Could she be a CIA manchurian candidate? Yes.
Did she divulge the correct threat sequence as born out by the history of the last 13 years? Yes she did.

Complete and utter bullsh#t just like the Life magazine cover you posted.

A piece of advice, instead of fabricating evidence and using deceptive quotes to fit your theory, stick to factual stuff. The increase of news reports relating to asteroids could be interesting if you showed some numbers or examples of them increasing, not just "google asteroids, see for yourself". Does it go beyond us noticing more asteroids as our technology advances? Are we seeing defense funding for weapons and soldiers being reduced to increase funding for asteroid protection?

Just so everyone is aware of it, I did an illustration for this thread and it was never presented as an authentic Life magazine cover. I really believed that most people could figure that out. So here is the cover in question, with my illustration of text on top of it,

Are you stupid enough to believe that I intended this to represent an authentic Life magazine cover? It was intended as an illustration to the thread. Thanks for bumping the thread.

Why are you Photoshopping magazine covers to support your conspiracy theory?

That seems pretty shady.

At least add a disclaimer stating that you fabricated it for "illustration" purposes.

I think the 2 mods that gave me applause for pointing out your fake image will agree.

Looks like CNN was caught red-handed spreading propaganda about a doomsday "Beast" asteroid...

this is why we must be extra diligent to verify all sources and substantiate these sources and to name the names. It is not enough to believe a story when "CNN" or "NASA" prints or says something... there are always people behind the headlines making those statements.

CNN Pulls Doomsday Story About Asteroid On Collision Course With Earth
By Charles Poladian@CharlieAllDay
on May 28 2014 12:26 PM
www.ibtimes.com...

Here is what one pundit had to say about it:

Though CNN has pulled the article, other websites and blogs have continued to run it. Keith Cowing, editor and webmaster of NASA Watch, which isn't affiliated with NASA, said that the fake report was removed after 24 hours but not before landing more than 233,939 views and 23,000 shares.

This little snip tells us that the "Beast" story was picked up by 23,000 shares. That is how false propaganda is spread when other news organizations are repeating information without checking facts.

The United Nations has been working on the subject of asteroid threats.
www.space.com...
By Leonard David, Space.com's Space Insider Columnist | August 13, 2014 08:01am ET

While the UN has not taken any bureaucratic steps, the recommendations for an international response to an asteroid impact threat — which are leading to the establishment of IAWN and SMPAG — were made by inter-governmental bodies after years of considering interim reports prepared by Action Team-14, reports by national governments and international organizations and statements and technical presentations made during consideration by the UN's Scientific and Technical Subcommittee regarding NEOs.

This is actually the first time I ever seen a reference to "Action Team-14". Anybody out there been following this team?

As I stated earlier in the thread the Chelyabinsk meteor event was the wake up call, writer Leonard David at Space.com agrees with me when he wrote in the article :

The meteor that exploded over Chelyabinsk, Russia, in February 2013 served as a wake-up call for politicians and the public that Earth is not immune to asteroid strikes, experts say.

Even Buzz says panic now before the asteroid hits...TPTB like to trot out these old astronauts whenever they lack credibility..

Report From Iron Mountain

The report also recommended that the government invent "alternate enemies." For instance, it could mobilize the population by scaring them with reports of extraterrestrial threats, massive global environmental pollution

the report was later claimed to be a hoax by the New York Times, there still remain some who believe it to be an official government document that was leaked to the public

War is a "generational stabilizer" that enables the "deteriorating older generation" to "maintain control of the younger, destroying it if necessary". It clears ideology

It doesn't matter whether the report was a "hoax" or not. The contents are the same to anyone with any sense of history

IMHO I think there is more likelihood of a bacteria or 'bug' causing the demise of humanity than an asteroid..... That said, if a big Rock was 'inbound' then we probably wouldn't know till after the event and then it would be too late so THEREFORE live everyday and stop worrying.....

As regards 'Action Team 14' then the first goggle search brings up a PDF explaining what it's all about.....

Wow! Did that story really make Life magazine?

I wonder how it got there? What were the events?

----

I've always wondered about this..

Steven Greer mentioned witnesses talking about seeing fleets of gov't 'ufo's' built to stage an ET invasion.
I thought it was very bizarre.

And then Carol Rosin - she supposedly was a higher-up in Fairchild Industries. If this is true, then her story is compelling.

----

I would imagine that they will go around destroying national monuments with their 'anti-monument laser'.

Supposedly Star Wars system already exists and is in place/operative. (Just heard a story.)

Interesting particle blast from an unseen weapons system is seen on the STS-48 shuttle mission on Sept. 1991 directed at a UFO.

The particle blast weapon is apparently not a laser.

Even Star Wars would be hard pressed. The closer the asteroid the more power is required, and the harder it is to destroy it, or nudge it off course.

A big enough asteroid and they're not going to be able to stop it unless they see it far enough out. There's nothing that can hit it far enough out to easily stop it, or nudge it enough.

As we all know from school...

The gigawatt is equal to one billion (109) watts or 1 gigawatt = 1000 megawatts. This unit is sometimes used for large power plants or power grids.

The milliwatt is equal to one thousandth (10−3) of a watt. A typical laser pointer outputs about five milliwatts of light power, whereas a typical hearing aid for people uses less than one milliwatt.

1,000,000,000 watts was needed for the Mythbusted laser to hit the LRRR and return 1-3 photons.. but only ...
.005 watts is needed for the LRO dedicated tracker laser to directly hit it's own dedicated tracking station.

Good we agree on something.

with all the respect (interesting thread, the start of it anyway), don't be a fool.

you need a lot of power to get through the earth's atmosphere, that's one thing. the beam needs to get out, and the reflected beam needs to get back through the air.
second thing, to get a return from LRRR, the laser beam has to be REFLECTED. and that's where a lot of power is lost.

my guess is that the biggest loss is at the LRRR. what do you think it is, some silver mirror?

Yes because a half megawatt comms laser that could hit you for ten minutes and you not feel a thing is going to do wonders at stopping asteroids.

now i think you're exagerrating a bit, half megawatt comms laser and not feeling a thing? care to elaborate?

half watt customer-grade lasers can be harmful afaik.

now, i'm not saying you're wrong, it's quite possible i just don't know/don't understand something. still, it sounds weird.
