Umm,my mom was Italian .My dad German/Austrian .
I favored the Italian side ,so I can cook Italian in my sleep .
I have a weird thing for tttaalllll Englishmen with big noses ,and no butt ,and Japanese guys with nice muscles .

I love Asian foods best ,next to Italian .
I watch as much UK and Japanese tv and movies,as I do American .
I'd say half the stuff I watch is in Japanese .

I was a tomboy too. I have handball trophies . I played in hs and college .

I have cats and bunnies ,I used to keep all kinds of fish tanks, and I want a doggie ,but I can't .

Your turn

Okay, I'll bite:

My mother is German/Russian, my father 75%Cajun/25%Native American. I am a Heinz 57!
I am an amalgam of both, but I can cook Cajun in my sleep!
I have a weird thing for guys of UK descent with big nose and no butt (hubby is Scottish/Irish and Polish) and redneck boys that wear flannel shirts.

My favorite foods are Italian, Cajun and Asian....in that order.
I watch a lot of movies from the UK and South Korea, and for some odd reason I've found myself watching a lot of Nowegian films the last two years. I have a strange addiction to horror.

I also was, and still am, a Tomboy. I have trophies for fast pitch softball and basketball. I played fast pitch into my late 20s and then coached until my mid 30s.

I have a pitbull, a herd of cats and a Japanese fighting fish named George. I used to have chickens until we had a fox problem.

Enjoy your tea, and feel free to "let it all hang out"!

I am enjoying a glass of iced sweet tea awaiting the call to pick one of my daughters up from work. I shall go in my jammies. Hopefully I won't get a flat because that could be awkward!

Too hot for the footies (I do have a few cute ones for cold weather) so it's the bare minimum, and probably not very legal in a few states! Thank goodness it's just a short drive! If I break down in front of a church lightning will strike me, I'm sure!

I want to buy a house in New Orleans on Ptolemy St

I don't watch a lot of Korean movies ,but some .
Have you seen Memoirs of Murder ?
That move seriously kicks ass. I also liked Antique I think its called . About a guy who hates cake, opening a cake cafe .

And I'm on a Danish tv spree !
Have you watched Forbrydelsen ?
There's a US rip off of course, called The Killing. The original is far superior .

NO, NO! Don't move to New Orleans! It will be swept away and be under the ocean when "the big one" hits! I'm talking about the New Madrid earthquake, or the poll shift that moves the land masses under water.

Anyone on any outer coastal areas should move inland, IMO.

I know ,but there are only three places I feel at home.
NYC,Japan ,and NO

If I have to die....might as well be someplace I love.

I like Chicago and Philly too . Hate LA ,to live . I'm was thinking Texas ,but I'm so city ..nyc .
I don't think I would ever fit in . I do have good friends there though . Near Dallas .

If I were you I wouldn't move to NO. It's not the same place since the flood, and the repairs they have done to their pumping systems and levees are definitely not adequate. Not long before Katrina my husband was down there for a few months on a job (of course you know I HAD to go visit him). He had worked on some of the huge pumps they have down there the year before and had run into a guy he had met when on that job and asked him about them and was told that over half of the pumps didn't work and that the city wouldn't pay to fix them. The state had given the city money specifically for their repair and they had spent it elsewhere. I don't think I'd want to live in a city with such little regard for the equipment that protects their city from flood. Besides, the crime is horrendous.

On the bright side it's always happy hour somewhere and the drinks are 3 for 1!

No, not in New Orleans. It's a franchise.
Although we live in Texas it's just a little over a 4 hour drive to NO, so I've been there a lot.
