Hiya Boys and Girls,

Just a quickie to say hi to you all as i am in a hotel room far far from home on the North West coast of France on Congress for a week holding a stand with a pretty crap wifi connection.

Anyone want to massage my poor aching swollen and rather smelly feet after my first day standing around in a posh suit and tie in shoes that are killing me?
