Sorry for the short post.

There were apparently some threatening phone calls to the office this morning. More than likely a prank from a student. Sick prank. If they do find the perp ? I hope they lock his ass up for a good long while.

The sad thing is we will likely see a run of this kind of crap going on from adolescents.

What example could they make? Whatever happens to this person they're already super-cool with their circle of friends and getting all the attention they were out to get.

Fine him a bunch of money his parents will have to pay? Lock him up for a year? He's still super-awesome to his retard friends.

When you're school-aged stupidity rules the day. All the cool kids want to be stupid and they do stupid things to impress their stupid peers.

Man that's a good point. However I'm sure there is some way to fill people like this with regret.

Would this fall under cruel and unusual ?

Mr. Hitchens gets my respect for subjecting himself to this torture.

Here's a newsclip of the incident:

Parents were notified of the lockdown via an automated phone call, and would be notified via phone and through the school's website once the lockdown was lifted, Martinez said.

Other threats were also being investigated Friday in South Pasadena and La Mirada.

At South Pasadena High School, police increased patrols at the campus after a student reported hearing someone make a statement regarding a shooting on campus Friday during the school day Thursday.

At La Mirada High School, patrols were also increased Friday in response to an unspecified threat, sheriff's officials said.

Daily Bulletin

Sounds like a few people are out there today having a good ol' time causing havoc.

Sure as hell wouldn't surprise me as a motive. One week on. Unbelievable.
