No, as the last midterm election proved that there are no room for RINOs and Dem Lite Repubs.

Keep thinking that and kiss goodbye to the house in 2014.

Truth is most people are RINOs and DINOs or more accurately DRINOs.

But go ahead and believe that the majority of Americans are Extremists.

Quite so. As the fanatical right is finding out.. there are fewer and fewer welcome spots for them at the table. As it should be.

Ahhh, the world would be so much better if there weren't those pesky conservatives, wouldn't it!

Actually the world would be so much better if those pesky conservatives took back their party.

And substantially less ridiculous than the conservative ideal of corporate welfare coupled with the proven failure of the concept of trickle down economics?

And religion has everything to do with the fanatical right. You mentioned there being no place for rinos and rep lites? What's left?

Politicians, Congress, Washington....its all out of control! Political party affiliations mean nothing anymore. People need to wake up, abandon the phallacy that their politicians give a crap about them. Greed and corruption knows no party bounds. Washington is bankrupting this country! They are All criminals. At the end of the day, they don't care about gay marriage, or abortion, or church....they care about themselves, and they will use us to achieve their endgame.

Um, the proof is who was voted out and who was voted in.

Need we have a class to rehash that midterm and the seats garnered?

Oh, I just realized, you think that people want moderates elected. Yeah, because the last time around showed that.

Sure sure.

Ah ah ah. No no no.
Corporate welfare is both parties, and the Conservative ideas and backing do not include Corp welfare. You have Reps confused with Conservatives.

I know it is very trying for Liberals to understand that, but they are different.

Your lack of understanding and knowledge about what Conservatives believe in is very telling though.

I have been reading into the budget proposal and fail to see what is unconstitutional. In fact, this proposal seems to illuminate the fact that congress is untrustworthy and needs to have it's broad powers put on a leash.

On the other hand, if you go to FoxNews and other Right-leaning websites you will see this nonsense being regurgitated over and over again...as if they all got together and decided what today's talking points were going to be.

So all due respect to the OP, but this is just more rhetoric.

You can find this on the FoxNews front page:

OPINION: It's Time for Republicans to Let Obama Own Fiscal Crisis

and this is what the Right is trying to do. They are not interested in doing their duty for the American people, they want to put blame on Obama while they sit back and do nothing.

I hope the Republicans make a counter-offer and let's get the negotiations rolling. Otherwise it will just look like Obama was willing to play ball but the Republicans didn't show up to the game because they couldn't rig it from the start.

LOL poor lil bunny we all know you voted for Willard Romney. The sad part is you take pride in it. Grats on voting for the spineless, mindless, policyless fool that he is, always was, and shall ever be. Did you vote for Bush too? Or how about the McCain/Palin train wreck? Just curious since you seem to be so proud of your recent voting record.

I think I will save this post and in four years re-post it with my thoughts. That is, if ATS is still here.

By voting in Libertarians and Conservatives and True Blue Dog Democrats. Not Progressive Liberal Dems, not Republican Dem want-to-bes, not moderates and not Socialist.

That is how.

So their duty to America is to hop on the bus with Dems driving towards destruction????

Yeah, that is pretty dumb.

The Reps should stand their ground and force 0bama and the Dems to own the economy, as if they don't already.

Why do reps need to go along with this BS again????

No, their duty is to forget all of the political garbage and come up with a better plan that counters the Obama plan. No one said they had to accept the plan as is.....they can negotiate.

But is that what they are doing? No, they aren't even trying. They're just crying about it and that's about it.

There is no honor or honesty in government anymore. Hasn't been for ages.

Red or Blue they are all owned by someone.

All that's left is to try and pick the lesser of two evils.. if such exists.

Any society that claims corporations are people... is well down the path to utter destruction.

Has anybody considered that both sides WANT us to go over the financial cliff? That there is NO way around it? The only thing I believe both sides are doing is trying to set it up so when we do go over the cliff the OTHER SIDE will somehow end up taking the blame.

I actually understand them quite well. I also understand their trying to distance themselves from their past failures and embarrassments.

Um, no, no you don't as everything you spout off with is incorrect.
You are basically trying to argue to a person, that is a conservative, that they are not a conservative. You are the ipotme of what a Liberal is. You think you know what is best for everyone and that you get to define others, opposite of what they say the definition is.

Unlike most Liberals, I don't speak for others.

Even though he admits... proudly to having voted for Willard Romney... the virtual poster boy of corporate welfare? Oh I understand all too well.

It is better to hold ones nose and vote for Romney, then hold and try to hide ones wallet and vote for 0bama.

That we had a secret ballot here.
Are you super triple sure you know how I have voted?

While I agree that they are crying about it, negotiating on this should not be in any of their choices.

They should hold the line and force 0bama into what they believe in.
