No one said BUGS yet.

Yes, bugs, much closer to the camera, giving the illusion of speeds faster than they're actually travelling.
Naked eye doesn't see them because naked eye is looking into distance where bugs are close.

Ooops, at the very end of the video they claim it's not a bug.

They give no reason why it is NOT a bug though.

It's entirely consitent with a bug.
I'm sticking with bugs.
